The present issue of the "Handbook of Property Law" (III/a), which focuses on ownership, is added to the existing three issues.
It continues to have the same goals. First, it is addressed to law students as a teaching aid, to support academic teaching. Furthermore, it serves, thanks to the particular importance given to theoretical reflection, as a stimulus for scientific research in the field of Property Law. Second, this issue is also addressed to legal practitioners, with the hope that they will draw useful information from its content and identify the appropriate methodological tools to assist them in the issues that concern them.
In the first chapter (§§ 29-31), the concept and content of ownership are developed, in the second (§§ 32-41), neighboring law is examined, and in the third chapter (§§ 42-45), certain issues of acquisition and loss of ownership are analyzed. (from the book's preface)
