Description

Description

With the new edition, all the significant modifications introduced by Law 3160/2003 (as well as corrective Law 3189/2003) are incorporated into the CCP, while at the same time their interpretive analysis and connection within the framework of the evolutionary course of criminal proceedings are attempted. The purpose of the book is the systematic interpretation of the current criminal procedural law.
The work explores the procedural phases of criminal proceedings, defines them in their practical dimension, and enriches them with the latest positions of case law. Through the combined analytical presentation of theoretical views and choices of case law, theoretically substantiated and practically viable solutions are provided.
This interpretive work is addressed to the student of Criminal Procedure and to the people involved in criminal practice: the judge and the lawyer. Ultimately, it is an interpretation that supports practice and is simultaneously supported by practice.
