Hello and from me. I believe that my review will be useful, I have been using the phone continuously for 1.5 years! It is durable to the supernatural. Huge battery. Impressive screen. The front speaker is also the earpiece. However, it also has some downsides. When you are on a web page and need to scroll quickly, it is not possible if you touch the fingerprint with your palm. The back and front speaker collects so many scratches from iron that it sounds terrible. Another downside is its weight and size, most of the times it falls because I didn't hold it properly or it slips from water. Below 10% battery, if I remember correctly, the flashlight doesn't turn on but the camera still works and so does the GPS. At this point, it has become full of holes, cuts, and burns. It works continuously and perfectly. The very good thing about it is that all the spare parts are available, externally of course. I have already changed the charging board because it fell down twice with the charging cable connected, I recommend a wireless charger from the first day of purchase. I have also changed the glass of the back camera, it broke exactly there. I have changed the entire back because it caught fire. And in this change, I forgot the sealing rubber of the back port for the SIM and memory cards, luckily the phone got a little water inside and started making calls on its own, but everything was fine after drying it with rice. I have had the phone for 2 months. I bought it for the IP68 rating because of my job. Today I took it to the service center because the top half of the screen doesn't respond and it charges very slowly (24-36 hours). I did push the phone to its limits, drops, hits, lots of water, mud, and sweat (salt). The speaker, earpiece, and microphone are very clear and loud until they come into contact with water or any liquid. Once that happens, the sealing membranes close and until they dry out, you simply can't use them (I don't have a problem with this as I always use Bluetooth earphones). I tried cleaning and blowing but didn't achieve anything. The screen has a very good and fast response, but scratches easily. I put it in the sea. It records videos underwater very well (of course at zero depth) and didn't have any problems. The charging issues existed before the sea dives. At the service center, they told me that the charging problem is due to corrosion of the port from water, etc. It needs cleaning after each use with dust, water, etc. in a specific way (I cleaned it, rinsed it, blew it, dried it always). The battery is as advertised, lasting from 2-7 days. The screen is good but not visible in the sun. Let's go back to the damage, at the service center they told me (what we all know) that because the phone has scratches on the screen and on the frame, it will be difficult to cover it under warranty. A 2-month-old phone that is advertised as a "tank" with the company's video for use in the sea, sand, drops, etc., is not covered by the warranty because the hits and generally the rough treatment accumulate and cause damage, in 2 months!!!!!! The phone is good but sensitive, if you can handle it with dry hands, your pocket won't get wet from sweat, you want a large battery, and you don't mind its heavy weight, then yes, get it. Maybe my expectations are excessive as I thought I found a smartphone that is as durable as the Samsung B2100 that has faithfully served me for years. If they repair it under warranty, I will keep it to see how it will perform wet in temperatures below 0 in winter. Update from the service center, of course it wasn't covered by the warranty and they ask for €135 for the repair. Reading the warranty they gave me, I saw that it doesn't cover anything at all, on any phone, if damage has been caused by drops, water, etc. The warranty is from the store and not from the company (Blackview). As soon as I go to pick it up, I will ask for the official warranty from the company to see what it exactly says. Something tells me they won't give it to me. I will update on whatever happens. Regarding the warranty issue, it is true that the phone is not covered for anything other than internal damages (in essence, for nothing). I looked for another rugged phone but they all have the same warranty. So don't be fooled by the videos where they burn, freeze, throw, and submerge them. They are not worth their money compared to a regular phone since they require almost the same care and handling.

The issues mainly lie in the quality of the speakers, possibly due to the IP68 rating. It doesn't charge in two to three hours like I'm used to. However, when using the phone as a phone and not as a gaming device, you forget to charge it for ten days. Be careful with the data selection as the activation is not visible at first glance. No major glitches, but the button that opens rarely works at first and requires attention and understanding from the user.

Overall, I might buy it again, considering it a good tool, but the problem with the speakers is huge! Maybe the plus version has improvements. Maybe I would go for the AGM A9, which has JBL's special care for speakers.

After two months of use, the phone works without any problems. I have washed it several times after drinking beer, getting it oily, and getting it dirty with sauces. It survived cracking nuts and removing snails. It's a very durable tool! However, the issue with the speakers and calls is very serious. Sometimes they can hear you, sometimes they can't. Now, for music and videos, it sounds like it has laryngitis after a few minutes of use. It handles drops without any problems, three or four times.

After a year, the battery gradually loses its capacity, just like Easter eggs. It has at least a 30% decrease in its duration!

After one and a half years, the phone gave up its spirit surprisingly after falling within a meter on a carpet. For the first time, a blue light turned on where the red or green usually turned on, and that was the end.

Now what? I decided to order the same phone in the plus version, with a new processor. The reviews for this phone are 20% better. The reason is the battery that lasts for 20 days if I don't use it as a gaming device, and also because what it endured in one and a half years, 15 conventional phones wouldn't be able to handle. As for the one I have, I saw that Ali has all the spare parts, so I'm thinking of experimenting by changing the screen, casing, and speakers for around 40 euros, including the required tools. If it doesn't work, I'll keep everything for the new one!

I previously had the K10000 pro, this is a worthy replacement with more features. The camera resolution and its characteristics for this price make it an incredible phone in my opinion. It comes with a micro USB to USB type C adapter, so it can accept other chargers, earphones, and a screen protector sticker as it should, and the manual has the necessary information. Something important that needs to be clarified, which is not mentioned or presented on Google, is that it has reverse charging capability. It even comes with a cable. Essentially, someone (personally proven) can charge another device through this device with this cable (I think it's called USB OTG). It has a micro USB on one end and ends in a female USB, so we can also connect flash drives to the phone (personally proven). I don't intend to conduct durability tests because I bought it for my work to withstand pressure, water, and an environment hazardous to electronics. It arrived without any issues and so far, it has left me impressed. If I encounter any problems, I will modify this review accordingly. Ultimately, it's an incredible value for money. Let's now see its durability over time.

Necessarily it is quite large and heavy (370-380 grams) to accommodate the huge battery somewhere and at the same time be waterproof and have satisfactory protection against falls.
It is very fast in its operation, without having pre-installed programs that slow it down, only a folder with "tools" such as compass, ruler, flashlight, height measurement, decibel meter, barometer (Yes! it also has a real atmospheric pressure sensor!) etc.
The photos and videos are quite satisfactory, probably above average, although there is a difficulty with the focus that is not so bothersome if you find the trick, possibly the camera application is to blame, so with Root it may be resolved.
The flash (as a flashlight) is quite powerful and easy to open without having to search for it in hidden menus.
The second camera is FAKE (as in 90% of Chinese phones) and exists only for marketing purposes, so those who think they will achieve real depth of field will be disappointed, as the "Bokeh effect" that appears in the photos is simply a blur created by the software around the center of the photo.

There is an extra button on the right that can be programmed (e.g. to open the flashlight) but in the end it is not convenient because when you hold it, it is easily pressed and each time the application that is programmed there opens (not that the battery will run out with the flashlight on...)
The PTT button on the left, which is used to talk on the built-in wireless in the "Pro" version, is functional and not fake.
Strangely, however, it is not programmable like the button on the right, maybe with Root it can be programmed as well.
The sound in the earpiece during calls and in music playback is very good and quite loud, in fact the external speaker has much better quality than I expected.
Wireless charging for such a large battery is much faster than I expected (with a 10W charger and the phone's power supply), for example, it charges faster compared to a regular mobile charger (5V, 1A) connected with a cable!
I have only tried NFC so far for reading credit cards, I have not used it for electronic tickets, etc., mainly because in Greece very few services offer such tickets and cards.
The main purpose of NFC is of course contactless transactions at POS, but "Card emulation" on Android is inactive because the device does not have the necessary security chip (No available security element), so again without Root it is useless in this area.

The battery does not need much description, it is simply endless and is one of the main reasons to buy this phone (otherwise there are other rugged phones with smaller batteries, dimensions, weight, and price).
In normal use, it easily lasts 4-5 days, it is extremely difficult to last less than 2 days, and of course, the useful function of charging other devices as a power bank is not missing.
Another feature that pushed me towards this particular model is its waterproofing. The USB port and the headphones do not have the usual rubber plugs that close the holes in other phones so that every manufacturer can call them "waterproof" (and after 1-2 years, the plugs break and water starts to seep in). Instead, they are completely uncovered and waterproof from the phone's construction (the Chinese claim that they are also resistant to saltwater corrosion, but I'm not very eager to test it).

Personally, I am not interested and would never buy a phone for its super camera and super performance. I have a real camera and a real computer for that. This specific phone covers the everyday use that I want in a phone and more, as it is quite fast and I know that if it falls or gets wet, it won't break (probably) or die at the end of the day or a trip because I forgot to charge it and played Angry Birds for 5 extra hours!

The only huge downside I see is the price at which it is sold in Greece.

Update June 2021:
The phone still works perfectly fine and I don't plan on buying another one anytime soon. One major problem I discovered with its use over time is that when you place it down, the camera glass is at the same level as the back and it touches the surface, resulting in scratches and eventually becoming slightly blurry. It should have had a protective cover or simply be more "recessed" inside the body of the phone to avoid contact with the ground.

The waterproofing still holds up perfectly, the battery still performs like the first day (which is logical since it has gone through fewer charging cycles compared to a normal phone), and even the speed at which the applications work is quite satisfactory.

The significant issue for me is that the speaker started functioning irregularly and with much lower volume and distortion since the summer of 2020. Over time, I noticed that it was directly related to the temperature. For example, if it played music on its own, it sounded fine, but when I held it in my hands and the temperature changed, the back of the phone started distorting the sound and reducing the volume. Just before I ordered a new speaker, I discovered that if I... vented it (!), the speaker played like new! Obviously, because the phone is waterproof, it is also airtight, and based on how the speaker sounded when it had a problem, I assumed that something was happening with the speaker's diaphragm, which is pressed by the air inside (or outside) the phone and cannot move freely to produce the sound correctly. So simply opening and closing the back cover, where the SIM is located, to equalize the external and internal air pressure, solves the speaker problem! Who would have thought!

Apart from these minor issues, there was also a significant improvement. The NFC finally works perfectly fine; it's just that my bank's application didn't support it (we are always a few years behind in Greece). They made an update three months ago, and now I have connected it to my card and can make payments normally!

However, I can't believe that it is still being sold in stores, and even more so, it is €130 more expensive than when I bought it in 2018! With less money, you can find a current model that is faster and has better features.
Buy this only if you have an absolute need for it and cannot find all the features it has in another cheaper and newer device (or simply buy it from abroad, e.g. I found it on a well-known sales site from Germany for 160€!)
