Peter and Lydia receive an unexpected visit to their house. AM12, the official talent hunter of the Space Circus, invites them to work at the space circus as entertainers.
"And what will we do?" the children ask.
"Well, the Happiness act!" their strange visitor replies.
The children accept the invitation and soon find themselves inside the belly of the spaceship. There, they will encounter a bunch of strange creatures, whom they will try to free from the bonds of their boss, the invisible Big Alpha.
