Because one thing we understood from these simple everyday people we met three years ago in the wider area of Olympus is that culture is not only found in all kinds of marble palaces or in various cultural activities.

In Greece, culture is also found at the table. On our plate. And that plate is us. The Greeks. That plate is our memories from our grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents. And it holds an entire story. Our own story.
