For its price, it's just fine... works without an installation CD... decent... for better sound you need a much more expensive card

If you want something simple and cheap just to have a good clean listening and recording from various sources, apart from the microphone input it does not provide, it is a cheap solution for a laptop that I use in SoundForge and Audacity without distortions for recording and Window Media Player for listening. No need for drivers, it is plug and play

Give an extra 20 bucks to get the other Behringer. This card is only worth it if you don't want any latency in the input/output. In my opinion, whoever you are, if you're looking in the category of professional cards, you should at least have a combo XLR/jack input. And this one doesn't have that. RCA inputs are generally outdated

Excellent product for replacing the onboard sound card. Clearly a professional solution for connecting monitor speakers, guitar amplifier for recording, and MIDI keyboard. I noticed an increase in sound volume without distortion with Edifier speakers. The most economical professional solution. Also, with suitable software, you can convert anything from an analog source to a digital WAV/FLAC/MP3 file.

You connect it and it does its job without any customization, of course
