It has a very good lid, it closes completely without having a hole for the steam, which makes it perfect for rice, etc. It makes very good crispy potatoes. It is also beautiful. I often keep it with a little oil on it, as the instructions say, to protect the coating. This is also done with traditional woks. Its price is a bit high because there are few large pans with a lid, and this one also introduces the natural coating, granite, which is light-colored instead of cooking in black coatings. On the other hand, it has a non-stick coating, I do not consider it a lifelong utensil, it will be replaced at some point. Good cooking to everyone.
