Because I read some comments that it dries quickly, I will disagree. I wear it almost daily over eyeshadows (even glitter eyeshadows like the glitter goals from nyx) and I never had a problem. BUT BUT BUT.....the pen dries incredibly after 10-15 uses, I don't know why... and essentially the whole product becomes useless and can no longer be applied correctly.     If you want an opinion on eyeliner, I am the strictest one due to my small eyelid drooping and oily eyelids. It is the most long-lasting eyeliner I have ever tried. It does not smudge on the upper eyelid, not even for fun. I bought it from abroad at a very low price, just for fun, and in the end, I was the one who had the fun.

    The first few days that I applied it on my skin, the result was perfect. It had everything good. Intense color, long-lasting, and it dispensed the right amount of color.

    After I started applying it over eyeshadows, it was as if I needed to change eyeliner. The brush seemed to have dried out, it barely released any color, and when I tried to apply it without eyeshadow, the eyeliner's longevity was no more than 2 hours.

    It's a shame because I didn't even wear it more than 10 times in total, and also a cruelty-free - vegan product holds a different value for me personally.
