Precision - Matte - Water-resistant

Marker-style eye liner for intense, full color with a matte finish and precision in application. With a 3-in-1 tip, it promises a thin, broad, or dotted eye liner line. Waterproof formula that does not smudge, does not fade, and lasts up to 14 hours. Easy to use even over eyeshadow and foundation.

Usage: Apply at the root of the eyelashes for a uniform, full line. Always store with the tip facing downwards.

    I liked it a lot because the desired effect was something that lasted. It doesn't smudge even during training when I tried it with sweat; it didn't run, and I didn't get "smudged." With one application, it's subtle, with a second it shows more intensely... depending on the needs of each woman and the occasion for which she wants it. I RECOMMEND IT.
