Extreme noise, hard to use, it can't operate unless you use its own shaker, e.g. you can't use a glass to make a freddo. It's going to the trash and I have to buy another one.

I bought the Izzy Caffeccino F-120 (Spicy Red) frappe maker on 14/04/2026 and after just 40 days of use, the stirrer came out of place and essentially the device became problematic. The use was absolutely normal, about 4 coffees a day, without any strain.

Additionally, the frappe maker is quite noisy during operation, which becomes annoying in everyday use. I expected better build quality and greater durability for the period I used it.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and I would not recommend it based on its reliability and durability.

I thought the noise was just my imagination, until the downstairs tenant called me one day at 6:30 am and, luckily jokingly, told me that every day she knows exactly when I wake up from the sound of the coffee. Well, the noise is terribly loud and infuriating, as is the fake cup. I had no issues with the previous model. But as we said, quality is gone while prices keep rising.

And as if all that wasn't enough, the whisk broke after 2 months.

After about 30 freddo espresso coffees, the plastic that holds the stirrer broke and it's going to the trash, unacceptable...!!!

as has happened to many, the mixer broke for me too. at first I glued it with instant glue and it worked for another 3 months. now the plastic is completely broken and unfortunately it has to be thrown away. I would never buy this particular model again for any reason.

So, I mainly got it for making milk froth and it does a fine job, close to what I wanted. As long as you use the right milk. Tip: put the milk froth in the freezer for a bit beforehand.

I read many comments about the noise, that it sounds like a sickle, etc. To me, the noise seems normal, I don't understand why some people get so worked up.

Some other comments I read said that if you want to use a different cup it's inconvenient because of the safety feature, but you just press the speed selector button beforehand and use a spoon or knife to press the safety switch when you put in the other cup.

Just follow the instructions and don't use it for more than a minute.

Negatives: Non-removable stirrer so it's not easy to wash, very cheap plastic but at this price what can you expect

the motor is guaranteed I have been using it every day for 7 years now and I opened it and it is like new. As you can see in the photo after so many years the switch burned out and the high speed was not working, which I replaced myself at a low cost and it is fine again.

It makes a lot of noise, it doesn't make enough foam. I hope it lasts. I bought it because it has a stainless steel whisk. I hope it lasts us a few years.

To be clear, I got this device outside of Skroutz.

In general, it is quite powerful and sturdy but, as others have said, it makes quite a bit of noise.

Specifically, with my own frappe mixer, after about half a year of use, the metal rod came out of its "socket." I put it back in and continued to make my coffee, but the damage was done. Now I can't use it for more than a few seconds on the slow speed before the stirrer comes out of place.

I trusted this product as I was a super satisfied owner of the previous izzy model for over 15 years. The new model is an incredible downgrade as mentioned by others. Poor ergonomics but the worst is the noise and vibration. It makes it prohibitive to use if it's early in the morning.

A bit noisy but excellent. We have had it for 4 years now. Be careful not to lose the small plastic cover that goes on the tongue that supports the container and allows the machine to work, as there is a switch there that must be pressed for the machine to operate (it acts as a safety).

excellent for Freddo and froth milk. I don't know what they say about the blue light. It only lights up when it is in operation. the noise is okay, expected like any frappe maker. overall, it is worth the money. pros are the suction cups at the base which keep it stable, as well as the fact that the metal jug can be hooked onto the machine while it operates and you don't need to hold it yourself.

It does make a bit of noise but it's not the end of the world. The issue with the light is not a problem for me, it lights up when the contact is "closed." If it bothers you, just remove the shaker from the base. The main disadvantage in my opinion is that it doesn't make enough foam for some reason, maybe because the whisk is metal.

It's good, but compared to a previous Izzy (quite similar) that lasted 10 years, it doesn't have the same quality. Even the metal cup is vastly different (in the photo you can see how much thicker the metal was on the old one, and it even had a solid bottom, not a wedged one). Also, the old one, apart from the 2-speed button, had a button that worked as long as you pressed it and turned off as soon as you released it, which was very practical for intermittent operation. It's a shame to have a good product and downgrade it to maximize profit. However, now that it's new, it works just as powerfully. I don't think it will last as many years though. update 09/2025: as I expected, with almost daily use for 3-4 drinks, after 11 months the base of the stirrer broke. I will call the company to see what they will tell me.

After a year of use.. aside from the loud noise, the stirrer's metal piece came off and broke internally. I threw it away immediately. It's a shame though, there are frothers at 1/3 of the price that last for years, I didn't expect this from a brand-name company.

As others have mentioned.. good power all good.. however, the noise it makes.. is unacceptable.. it can definitely be heard throughout the entire apartment building.. and it's not just the noise.. it rattles as a whole resulting in it sounding worse in combination with the countertop I have it on.. just as mentioned.. it sounds like a drill

Unfortunately, I can't say good things about this particular frappé maker. I bought it because I had the Izzy model which is almost identical and lasted for 15 years without any issues. However, this one, while being a sturdy construction, makes an excessive noise, like you have a drill... I don't know what everyone else is saying... but there might be an issue with a defective batch.

Great potato. Regardless of noise, the mixer broke and is now useless. It's a shame our money really...

The worst thing someone can buy. I've had it for a year and it broke. I always use it only for coffee, putting one ice cube inside! Noise???? Like an airplane is passing by!!!

We have put a black sticker on the light. We keep it permanently plugged in. It makes smoothie coffees, froths milk, etc., for home use 7-9 times a day.

Trouble-free operation for 1 year now.
Perhaps one of the best home appliances of its kind.

Extremely powerful motor and flawless result in cold frothy milk and frappé. Comparable to machines over 100 Euros. From what I see, most people in the reviews do not know how to use or have never used such a device. There is a safety device that activates and/or isolates the power switch. Therefore, the light does NOT need to be on nor the machine constantly on standby. You can use any cup you want. As for the noise, with a 120W motor only Teslas are quiet... Overall very satisfied, I would recommend it. As for durability, I do not know yet, time will tell.

Unacceptable construction, within 2 months the plastic part of the mixer broke, making the device useless. The blue light consumes electricity and the motor heats up a lot if it is constantly plugged in. The only positive thing it has is its powerful motor, but what good is that? In a few months, the device turns off due to its poor construction!

The little light that everyone mentions is indeed annoying and constantly consumes electricity so you have to put on and take off the plastic attachment whenever you want to use it..... very inconvenient! If you want it for everyday use, choose any other one, it doesn't serve.

It does its job just fine and better than several other more expensive ones. For those who haven't realized, there is a plastic case that goes into the "eye" so you can use whichever container/cup you want. But even without it, 2-3 water cups that I tried still fit if you put them inside. I think they are all more or less the same in terms of noise.

Very noisy, the constantly lit blue light is at least scary and it broke after the second use, just like the replacement!

I bought it in May 2024. Good & Powerful Frappe Maker. It makes a lot of noise and smells like burnt during use.
