    I had tests a year ago and I was deficient in vitamin D (level below 16). I started taking 2000IU lgActive (I take 5 or 6 capsules per week), and after 8-9 months I took tests again: now I am at 37 (above 30 is considered sufficient in D). It is the cheapest one can buy, but it works.
