Initially, we had placed it very close to the ceiling and it would stop working after a few minutes of operation. We contacted the dealership and they informed us that, as stated in the product manual, it should be installed at least 50 centimeters away from the ceiling, otherwise it overheats and shuts off automatically. We changed its position and since then it has been working perfectly. Highly recommended.

It has been installed in a small bathroom due to a baby and of course its parents. It is the most beautiful and high-quality construction that could be installed. The tests that have been done are in boost mode and in 2-3 minutes the bathroom is ready to be used with a higher temperature than we would like (now) due to the season we are in. I might come back with an update in the evaluation, but I am sure it won't be necessary.

The menu is difficult to understand, without instructions. It looks beautiful and the mirror is convenient. It loses 5 stars due to the noise and menu.

In no case can someone hang body towels, only small hand towels can be used with the two towel racks it has. The size of the towel that can be hung is shown in the photos.
