I always avoided heavy, cumbersome vacuums and never imagined that a sturdy vacuum like this one would be so flexible and lightweight. I should have gotten it earlier. I have two large dogs and with one pass, it picks up the hair from sofas, throws, and everywhere. In the end, it's better to have one good vacuum than many cheap ones.

Long cord that doesn’t require me to change outlets, as flexible as no other (its wheels rotate incredibly), and the excellent feature is that the bags have an integrated cap that closes when you open the lid to change the bag, meaning no dust can escape from the bag.
I replaced a Siemens at 2000W, and the Miele at 890W is both more effective and quieter. There are 2 people and 1 cat in the house.
Sweeping the floor, not just perfect but it left NOTHING. It was like I mopped. No exaggeration! Sweeping the carpets with the turbo nozzle, with one pass there wasn't a trace of cat hair left! Additionally, the color of the carpets returned to normal. Specifically, a red carpet looked brand new. My eyes saw it as normal when I was sweeping, but I hadn’t realized that its color had dulled. After sweeping, it regained the vibrant red color it normally had. On some other carpets, I had to reduce the suction power to below half (!) because the nozzle wouldn’t budge.
Also, the vacuum comes with a dust retention filter with carbon, which is suitable for pet odors, but it has the capability to accept various filter models such as HEPA!
I notice that the photos of the energy label of electric vacuum cleaners have been removed from the internet (I don’t know why), but I want to mention that this specific model has the following characteristics:

Μακρύ καλώδιο που δεν χρειάζεται να αλλάξω πρίζα, ευέλικτη όσο καμία άλλη (τα ροδάκια της περιστρέφονται απίστευτα) και η εξαιρετική μαγκιά είναι πως οι σακούλες έχουν ενσωματωμένη μια τάπα η οποία κλείνει όταν ανοίξεις το καπάκι για να αλλάξεις σακούλα και αυτό σημαίνει πως δεν μπορεί να βγει σκόνη από την σακούλα.
Αντικατέστησα μια Siemens στα 2000W και η Miele στα 890W είναι και αποτελεσματικότερη και πιο αθόρυβη. Στο σπίτι είμαστε 2 άτομα και 1 γάτα.
Σπούπισμα στο πάτωμα, όχι απλά τέλειο αλλά δεν άφησε ΤΙΠΟΤΑ. Ήταν σαν να σφουγγάρισα. Χωρίς υπερβολή!
Σκούπισμα στα χαλιά με το πέλμα turbo, με ένα πέρασμα δεν έμεινε ίχνος τρίχας της γάτας! Επιπλέον, επανήλθε το χρώμα των χαλιών στο κανονικό. Συγκεκριμένα ένα κόκκινο χαλί το έκανε καινούριο. Τα μάτια μου το έβλεπαν φυσιολογικό όταν το σκούπιζα αλλά δεν είχα καταλάβει ότι είχε θαμπώσει το χρώμα του. Μετά το σκούπισμα απέκτησε το ζωντανό κόκκινο χρώμα που είχε κανονικά. Σε κάποια άλλα χαλιά χρειάστηκε να μειώσω την δύναμη της αναρρόφησης κάτω από το μισό(!) γιατί το πέλμα δεν κουνιόταν.
Επίσης, η σκούπα έρχεται με ένα φίλτρο συγκράτησης σκόνης με άνθρακα το οποίο είναι κατάλληλο για τις οσμές των κατοικιδίων όμως έχει την δυνατότητα να δεχθεί διάφορα μοντέλα φίλτρων όπως για παράδειγμα HEPA!
Παρατηρώ πως έχουν αφαιρεθεί οι φωτογραφίες στο ίντερνετ της ενεργειακής ετικέτας των ηλεκτρικών σκουπών (δεν ξέρω γιατί) αλλά να πω για το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο πως έχει τα εξής χαρακτηριστικά:
Σκούπισμα πατωμάτων/σκληρών δαπέδων: Α
Σκούπισμα χαλιών: Α
Επανεκπομπή σκόνης: Β (με το φίλτρο της συσκευασίας)
Επανεκπομπή σκόνης: Α (με το φίλτρο HEPA το οποίο συγκρατεί το 99,95% των ιών, των βακτηρίων και των σωματιδίων)
Επίσης, με την αγορά της σκούπας βρίσκεις μέσα στο κουτί της ένα κουπόνι με έναν κωδικό που μπορείς να εξαργυρώσεις με δύο τρόπους:

It is excellent. I have had it for three months and every time I am amazed by its capabilities.
I use all the extra attachments, something I never did before, but the fact that it has them encourages you to try them and they really come in handy in many situations.
It performs excellently on carpets. It picks up everything from simple dust, hair, and all kinds of small debris to broken glasses, dirt, and anything else that may appear in a house. On the rugs in the bedroom (I have shaggy ones), as well as in the hallway, it requires a very low speed because otherwise it lifts them up and you can't clean them. We don't wear shoes in the rooms, and the cleaning is satisfactory even at the lowest speed.
I don't have any pets, but I chose this model because I believe I will have it forever and you never know! I currently have a two-year-old boy who may not make a mess, but as he grows, he may create countless challenges for our new vacuum!!
On bare floors, with medium or low speed, you get excellent results.

Χρησιμοποιώ όλα τα έξτρα εξαρτήματα,κάτι που δεν έκανα ποτέ παλιότερα, αλλά το γεγονός ότι τα έχει πάνω της σε παροτρύνει να τα δοκιμάσεις και πραγματικά σε πολλές περιπτώσεις σου λύνουν τα χέρια.
Στα χαλιά έχει άριστη απόδοση. Μαζεύει από απλά χνούδια, τρίχες και κάθε λογής σκουπιδακι μέχρι σπασμένα γυαλιά, χώματα και ότι άλλο μπορεί να προκύψει σε ένα σπιτι. Στα ταπετα της κρεβατοκάμαρας (εγώ έχω shaggy) όπως και στον διάδρομο θέλει πολύ χαμηλή ταχύτητα γιατί αλλιώς τα σηκώνει και δεν μπορείς να τα σκουπίσεις. Εμείς δεν πατάμε με παπούτσια στα δωμάτια και ο καθαρισμός είναι ικανοποιητικός ακόμα κ στην χαμηλότερη ταχύτητα.
Δεν έχω κατοικίδιο αλλά επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο γιατί πιστεύω θα την έχω για πάντα και ποτέ δεν ξέρεις! Έχω προς το παρόν ένα δίχρονο αγοράκι που μπορεί να μην μαδάει αλλά στο περάσματα του μπορεί να δημιουργήσει άπειρα challenge για την νέα μας σκούπα!!
Στο πάτωμα χωρίς χαλί με την μεσαία ή χαμηλή ταχύτητα έχεις άριστο αποτέλεσμα.
Τέλος, πολύ σημαντικό είναι ότι έχει μέσα κουπόνι για δωρεάν πακέτο με σακούλες ή έκπτωση για πολυσυσκευασιες. Εγώ στους τρεις μήνες που την έχω είμαι ακόμα στην πρώτη και σκουπίζω 2 φορές τη βδομάδα.

I have had it for a month and from the first moment it seemed like a fairly high-quality product. However, I consider the TurboQ sole, which is also the unique selling point of this series, to be quite overpriced. Unfortunately, it has not satisfied me to the extent I expected, and I have a cat as a pet. How did I come to this conclusion? I pass the carpet two or three times with this specific sole, at different intensities (including on Max), and then I pass the carpet again with the typical sole that the vacuum cleaner has. I see that I continue to see my pet's hair on the fibers of the regular sole, which means that the TurboQ sole obviously does not do the job it is intended to do. This whole concept is probably more of a marketing gimmick than an advanced product patent. In other words, a simple series of the same manufacturer's vacuum cleaner would probably do the same job in terms of carpet cleaning. I'm not saying that the product is not worth it, just that it creates higher expectations than it may be able to satisfy. As for the materials of the vacuum cleaner, the accessories, and the work it does on the floor, I am quite satisfied. Whoever buys the vacuum cleaner should NOT EXPECT miracles but rather a satisfactory result that gives the feeling of a truly clean house after using the vacuum cleaner.
Την έχω ένα μήνα και από την πρώτη στιγμή φαινόταν ένα αρκετά ποιοτικό προϊόν. Παρόλα αυτά θεωρώ ότι το πέλμα TurboQ το οποίο είναι και το unique selling point αυτής της σειράς, είναι αρκετά υπερτιμημένο. Δυστυχώς δεν με έχει ικανοποιήσει στο βαθμό που περίμενα και έχω για κατοικίδιο μια γάτα. Πώς κατέληξα στο συμπέρασμα αυτό? Περνάω το χαλί δύο και τρεις φορές με το συγκεκριμένο πέλμα, σε διάφορες εντάσεις (και στο Μαξ) και έπειτα περνάω ξανά το χαλί με το τυπικό πέλμα που διαθέτει η σκούπα. Βλέπω ότι συνεχίζω να βλέπω τρίχες του κατοικιδίου μου στις ίνες του απλού πέλματος γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι το πέλμα TurboQ δεν κάνει προφανώς τη δουλειά που προορίζεται να κάνει. Μάλλον όλο αυτό το concept είναι ένα μάρκετινγκ τέχνασμα παρά μία advanced προϊοντική πατέντα. Με άλλα λόγια και μια απλή σειρά σκούπας του ίδιου κατασκευαστή, πιθανότατα να έκανε την ίδια δουλειά από άποψη σκουπίσματος χαλιών. Δεν λέω ότι δεν αξίζει το προϊόν απλά μόνο ότι δημιουργεί μεγαλύτερες προσδοκίες από ότι ίσως μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει. Όσο για τα υλικά της σκούπας, τα αξεσουάρ και τη δουλειά που κάνει στο πάτωμα, εκεί είμαι αρκετά ευχαριστημένος. Όποιος την αγοράσει τη σκούπα να ΜΗΝ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΕΙ θαύματα παρά ένα ικανοποιητικό αποτέλεσμα που δίνει την αίσθηση όντως ενός καθαρού σπιτιού μετά τη χρήση της σκούπας.

Another model that I bought a few days ago was requested by a friendly person and I decided to make this purchase. The brush attachment can be used in winter with carpets, without any issues on bare floors. The vacuum cleaner is very powerful, so much so that it sucked up the fringe of a carpet edge.. So be careful with such carpets. You don't feel it heavy.
It surprised me that during the pause phase, when the foot enters the appropriate resting position, the motor does not stop. So does this model not have this advantage?

Η σκούπα φαίνεται άριστη! θα επανέλθω πιθανως αργότερα με πιο αναλυτικά σχόλια, όταν θα την έχω δουλέψει για ώρες . Άλλο μοντέλο που πριν λίγες μέρες αγόρασα το ζήτησε φιλικό μου πρόσωπο και αποφάσισα αυτήν την αγορά. Το πέλμα με τη βούρτσα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιείται τον χειμώνα με τα χαλιά, χωρίς να έχει θέμα και στο γυμνό πάτωμα. Η σκούπα είναι πολύ δυνατή, τόσο που μου ρουφηξε άκρη χαλιού που είχε κρόσσια..Επομένως προσέχετε τέτοια χαλιά. Δεν την αισθάνεσαι βαριά.
Μου έκανε εντύπωση που στη φάση διαλείμματος οπότε μπαίνει το πέλμα στην κατάλληλη υποδοχή στάσης, δεν σταματά ο κινητήρας. Άρα αυτό το πλεονέκτημα δεν το έχει αυτό το μοντέλο;
Η σκούπα συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

I have had the vacuum for a few weeks, so I will come back with an update to this review in a year. I will mention what I have noticed during this time. At my parents' house, I should mention that we have a Miele, which my parents have had since 2000 and it has shown no issues. When I moved, since the house is smaller, I decided to get a smaller Hoover vacuum as I thought I might not need such a powerful and relatively expensive tool. A huge mistake as the plastics of the Hoover I had (worth €120) were of low quality, resulting in one side breaking after 3 cleanings because I had a carpet with difficult fibers. And of course, it was completely destroyed after a year. So I searched quite a bit for vacuums and naturally looked a lot at Miele. Since we also got a dog that sheds a lot, I looked towards the cat & dog vacuums that have the additional head for vacuuming carpets. I decided on a bagged model as it is much easier to empty the vacuum, the Miele bags (always buy original) have a closure that prevents dust from escaping when you change them. No odors escape either; it has picked up so much hair that while the previous one always smelled a bit like a dog while it was running, with this one there is nothing, so its filters are fully effective. The quality of the plastics and construction is excellent; it looks like it will last for years. Sturdy construction. The sound, although it is a powerful vacuum, is not piercing; obviously, it is not silent, but it is at low levels for the suction power the vacuum has. Super easy to use, it has an indicator for when the vacuum is full, preset settings for the intensity depending on the surface, and in its movement, the vacuum is comfortable thanks to 3 wheels that can rotate 360 degrees instead of 2 fixed ones and one that can rotate. Vacuuming itself is easy; the nozzles move comfortably and cover the area and suck up everything, and the turbo nozzle with the rotating part for the hairs works perfectly; just a little attention is needed if there are fringes as it will stop a bit abruptly. Regarding its performance, I thought the carpet was well vacuumed, but once I went over it, I realized it was really vacuumed. For me, it is definitely worth buying even if you don't have pets as it helps to clean the carpet deeply, and even so, even if you just get the basic one, it is certain that it is a quality product and with proper maintenance, you will have it for many years.
Update 23/08/2024 After years of use, the vacuum has shown no signs of wear. It works daily due to the dog, and the carbon filter does an excellent job of not emitting odors while vacuuming. It is worth noting that I still haven't finished the bags I got additionally with the offer from the company. They are very large in capacity. It is a tool that, with proper care, lasts a lifetime.
Την σκούπα την έχω μερικές εβδομάδες, οπότε θα επανέλθω με ενημέρωση αυτής της κριτικής σε ένα χρόνο.
Θα αναφέρω αυτά που έχω εντοπίσει μέσα σε αυτό το διάστημα.
Στο πατρικό μου να αναφέρω πως έχουμε miele και την έχουν οι γονείς μου από το 2000 και δεν έχει παρουσιάσει τίποτα.
Όταν μετακόμισα επειδή το σπίτι είναι μικρότερο αποφάσισα να πάρω μια μικρότερη σκούπα της Hoover καθώς σκέφτηκα ότι ίσως να μη χρειάζομαι ένα τόσο ισχυρό και σχετικά ακριβό εργαλείο.
Μέγα λάθος καθώς τα πλαστικά της Hoover Που είχα (αξίας €120) ήταν χαμηλής ποιότητας με αποτέλεσμα επειδή είχα χαλί με δύσκολο πέλος να σπάσει η μια πλευρά μετά από 3 σκουπισματα.
Και φυσικά να καταστραφεί εντελώς έπειτα απο ένα χρόνο.
Έτσι έψαξα αρκετά για σκούπες και φυσικά κοίταζα πολύ τις miele.
Επειδή αποκτήσαμε και σκύλο ο οποίος χάνει αρκετή τρίχα κοίταξα προς τις cat & dog σκούπες που έχουν την επιπλέον κεφαλή για σκούπισμα σε χαλιά.
Αποφάσισα σε σακούλα καθώς είναι πολύ πιο εύκολη η διαδικασία αδειάσματος της σκούπας, οι σακούλες της Miele (πάντα να αγοράζετε original) έχουν και κλείστρο το οποίο δεν επιτρέπει τη διαφυγή σκόνης όταν την αλλάζετε.
Απο μυρωδιές δεν ξεφεύγει επίσης τίποτα έχει πάρει τόσο τρίχα που ενώ με την προηγούμενη πάντα μύριζε λίγο σκύλος όσο λειτουργούσε, με αυτήν δε υπάρχει τίποτα, οπότε τα φίλτρα της είναι πλήρως αποδοτικά.
Η ποιότητα των πλαστικών και της κατασκευής είναι άριστη, φαίνεται ότι θα αντέξει για χρόνια. Στιβαρή κατασκευή.
Ο ήχος, παρότι είναι δυνατή σκούπα δεν είναι διαπεραστικός, προφανώς δεν είναι αθόρυβη, αλλά είναι σε χαμηλά επίπεδα για τη δύναμη απορρόφησης που έχει η σκούπα.
Πανεύκολη στη χρήση, έχει ενημέρωση για όταν γεμίσει η σκούπα, προεπιλεγμένες ρυθμίσεις για την ένταση ανάλογα με το τι επιφάνεια υπάρχει και στην κίνησή της η σκούπα είναι άνετη χάρη σε 3 ροδάκια τα οποία μπορούν να περιστραφούν 360 μοίρες αντί για 2 σταθερά και ενα που μπορεί να περιστραφεί.
Το σκούπισμα αυτό καθ'εαυτό είναι εύκολο, τα πέλματα κινούνται άνετα και καλύπτουν το χώρο και απορροφούν τα παντα και το turbo πελμα με το περιστρεφόμενο τμήμα για τις τρίχες δουλεύει άψογα,
λίγη προσοχή χρειάζεται εάν υπάρχουν κρόσια καθως θα σταματάει λιγο απότομα. Όσον αφορά την απόδοση του νόμιζα το χαλί ήταν καλά σκουπισμένο, μόλις το πέρασα τότε κατάλαβα πως είναι πραγματικα σκουπισμένο.
Για μένα αξίζει σίγουρα η αγορά της ακομα και αν δεν εχετε κατοικιδια καθως βοηθά να καθαρίσει σε βαθος το χαλί, αλλά και έτσι ακόμα, και την απλή να πάρετε είναι σίγουρο ότι είναι ποιοτικό προϊόν και με σωστή συντήρηση θα το έχετε για πολλά χρόνια.

Μετά από χρόνια χρήσης η σκούπα δεν έχει βγάλει το παραμικρό.
Δουλεύει καθημερινά λόγω σκύλου και το φίλτρο άνθρακα κάνει άψογη δουλειά να μη βγάζει μυρωδιές κατά το σκούπισμα.
Σημειωτέον ότι ακόμα δεν έχω τελειώσει τις σακούλες που πήρα επιπλέον με την προσφορά που δίνει η εταιρία.
είναι πολύ μεγάλες σε χωρητικότητα.
Είναι εργαλείο το οποίο με σωστή φροντίδα κρατάει μια ζωή.

The accessories are sufficient but the highly advertised TURBOTEQ tool is only for low-pile or wool carpets, it does nothing on shaggy or fluffy carpets as the cylinder gets blocked by the fibers.
Αρκετά δυνατή σκούπα, ευέλικτη με άριστη ποιότητα κατασκευής σε πλαστικά και μεταλλικά μέρη, το καταλαβαίνεις όσο περισσότερο την χρησιμοποιείς. Ο θόρυβος είναι μειωμένος ενώ διαθέτει και φίλτρο άνθρακα για τις οσμές. Τα εξαρτήματα είναι αρκετά αλλά το πολυδιαφημισμένο TURBOTEQ εργαλείο είναι μόνο για χαλιά με μειωμένο ύψος κοντότριχα ή μάλλινα, σε φλοκάτες ή χαλιά shaggy δεν κάνει τίποτα καθώς μπλοκάρει ο κύλινδρος από τις τρίχες.
We got it as a replacement for our old Miele vacuum cleaner that we've had since 2006. The vacuum cleaner is worth every euro and as they say, you get what you pay for! Small size, low noise compared to its power! Very lightweight! Good quality plastics! Long cord that reaches the whole house! I will take the old vacuum cleaner to the village. If you are looking for a vacuum cleaner that is worth its money, I recommend it without hesitation! I hope I helped!

The pet attachment, although I don't have pets because I have young children, is amazing!!!!
I don't know where it collects all those hairs from!!!

Την πήραμε για αλλαγή απο την παλιά σκούπα Miele που έχουμε από το 2006. Η σκούπα αξίζει το κάθε ευρώ και όπως λένε ότι πληρώνεις παίρνεις! Μικρό μέγεθος, χαμηλός θόρυβος σε σχέση με την δύναμη που έχει! Πολύ ελαφριά! Καλή ποιότητα πλαστικών! Μακρύ καλώδιο που φτάνει για ολο το σπίτι! Την παλιά σκούπα θα την παω στο χωριό. Αν ψάχνετε μια σκούπα που να άξιζε τα χρήματα της με κλειστά τα μάτια! Ελπίζω να βοήθησα!

Μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσεις έχω να πω ότι η σκουπα είναι άψογη!!!!!!!
Το πέλμα για ζωάκια αν και δεν έχω γιατί έχω μικρά παιδιά είναι απίστευτο!!!!
Δεν ξέρω τόσες τρίχες από που τις μαζεύει!!!
Δεν μετανιώνω για τίποτα ίσως για το μονό ότι δεν την πήρα ποιο νωρίς!!!!

Με 2 σκυλιά και 3 γάτες είναι η ιδανική σκούπα. Είναι πολύ δυνατή και ανθεκτική. Διαθέτει και ένα εξάρτημα που τραβάει τις τρίχες από χάλια και καναπέδες το οποίο μας έχει σώσει. Θέλει λίγη προσοχή με τα καλώδια, γιατί αν τα βρει στο δρόμο της τα μαζεύει. Έχει μακρύ καλώδιο το οποίο εξυπηρετεί αφάνταστα.
I bought it as a gift for my mother in 2017. She had a Phillips one before. I don't think there is a better choice for a family home, even with pets like ours. It sucks with incredible power but has enough settings to make your life easier. The only thing this vacuum cleaner doesn't have to reach perfection is the ability to be automatic and be told to clean.
P.S. In the end, a year ago (2020), we bought it ourselves because we had an AEG one, but there is no comparison, guys, in anything between the two vacuums.

Την αγόρασα δωρο για τη μάνα μου το 2017.ειχε μια Phillips. Δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει καλύτερη επιλογή για ένα σπίτι με οικογένεια ακόμη κ κατοικίδια όπως σε εμάς. I don't know if it's just my vacuum cleaner.. I bought it almost 3 weeks ago!!! It's brand new!!! I opened it to see if the bag was full and I saw that it wasn't properly attached in its place and all the dust was everywhere inside!!! I cleaned it and every time I start to vacuum, I check the bag and every time it's unfastened. IT HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE BAG'S FASTENING!!!!

I always avoided heavy, cumbersome vacuums and never imagined that a sturdy vacuum like this one would be so flexible and lightweight. I should have gotten it earlier. I have two large dogs and with one pass, it picks up the hair from sofas, throws, and everywhere. In the end, it's better to have one good vacuum than many cheap ones.

I replaced a Siemens at 2000W, and the Miele at 890W is both more effective and quieter. There are 2 people and 1 cat in the house.
Sweeping the floor, not just perfect but it left NOTHING. It was like I mopped. No exaggeration! Sweeping the carpets with the turbo nozzle, with one pass there wasn't a trace of cat hair left! Additionally, the color of the carpets returned to normal. Specifically, a red carpet looked brand new. My eyes saw it as normal when I was sweeping, but I hadn’t realized that its color had dulled. After sweeping, it regained the vibrant red color it normally had. On some other carpets, I had to reduce the suction power to below half (!) because the nozzle wouldn’t budge.
Also, the vacuum comes with a dust retention filter with carbon, which is suitable for pet odors, but it has the capability to accept various filter models such as HEPA!
I notice that the photos of the energy label of electric vacuum cleaners have been removed from the internet (I don’t know why), but I want to mention that this specific model has the following characteristics:

Επειδή βλέπω κάποια σχόλια που αφορούν σε βλάβη της σκούπας, η δικιά μου να ενημερώσω πως μετά από δύο χρόνια λειτουργεί κανονικά και με την ίδια απόδοση. Επίσης, χρησιμοποιώ αποκλειστικά τις γνήσιες σακούλες και φίλτρα το οποίο θεωρώ αυτονόητο.
Ναι την αγόρασα και εγώ. Πόσο έξω μπορεί να πέφταν όλα τα σχόλια που είχα διαβάσει; Καθόλου!

Μακρύ καλώδιο που δεν χρειάζεται να αλλάξω πρίζα, ευέλικτη όσο καμία άλλη (τα ροδάκια της περιστρέφονται απίστευτα) και η εξαιρετική μαγκιά είναι πως οι σακούλες έχουν ενσωματωμένη μια τάπα η οποία κλείνει όταν ανοίξεις το καπάκι για να αλλάξεις σακούλα και αυτό σημαίνει πως δεν μπορεί να βγει σκόνη από την σακούλα.
Αντικατέστησα μια Siemens στα 2000W και η Miele στα 890W είναι και αποτελεσματικότερη και πιο αθόρυβη. Στο σπίτι είμαστε 2 άτομα και 1 γάτα.
Σπούπισμα στο πάτωμα, όχι απλά τέλειο αλλά δεν άφησε ΤΙΠΟΤΑ. Ήταν σαν να σφουγγάρισα. Χωρίς υπερβολή!
Σκούπισμα στα χαλιά με το πέλμα turbo, με ένα πέρασμα δεν έμεινε ίχνος τρίχας της γάτας! Επιπλέον, επανήλθε το χρώμα των χαλιών στο κανονικό. Συγκεκριμένα ένα κόκκινο χαλί το έκανε καινούριο. Τα μάτια μου το έβλεπαν φυσιολογικό όταν το σκούπιζα αλλά δεν είχα καταλάβει ότι είχε θαμπώσει το χρώμα του. Μετά το σκούπισμα απέκτησε το ζωντανό κόκκινο χρώμα που είχε κανονικά. Σε κάποια άλλα χαλιά χρειάστηκε να μειώσω την δύναμη της αναρρόφησης κάτω από το μισό(!) γιατί το πέλμα δεν κουνιόταν.
Επίσης, η σκούπα έρχεται με ένα φίλτρο συγκράτησης σκόνης με άνθρακα το οποίο είναι κατάλληλο για τις οσμές των κατοικιδίων όμως έχει την δυνατότητα να δεχθεί διάφορα μοντέλα φίλτρων όπως για παράδειγμα HEPA!
Παρατηρώ πως έχουν αφαιρεθεί οι φωτογραφίες στο ίντερνετ της ενεργειακής ετικέτας των ηλεκτρικών σκουπών (δεν ξέρω γιατί) αλλά να πω για το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο πως έχει τα εξής χαρακτηριστικά:
Σκούπισμα πατωμάτων/σκληρών δαπέδων: Α
Σκούπισμα χαλιών: Α
Επανεκπομπή σκόνης: Β (με το φίλτρο της συσκευασίας)
Επανεκπομπή σκόνης: Α (με το φίλτρο HEPA το οποίο συγκρατεί το 99,95% των ιών, των βακτηρίων και των σωματιδίων)
Επίσης, με την αγορά της σκούπας βρίσκεις μέσα στο κουτί της ένα κουπόνι με έναν κωδικό που μπορείς να εξαργυρώσεις με δύο τρόπους:

It is excellent. I have had it for three months and every time I am amazed by its capabilities.
I use all the extra attachments, something I never did before, but the fact that it has them encourages you to try them and they really come in handy in many situations.
It performs excellently on carpets. It picks up everything from simple dust, hair, and all kinds of small debris to broken glasses, dirt, and anything else that may appear in a house. On the rugs in the bedroom (I have shaggy ones), as well as in the hallway, it requires a very low speed because otherwise it lifts them up and you can't clean them. We don't wear shoes in the rooms, and the cleaning is satisfactory even at the lowest speed.
I don't have any pets, but I chose this model because I believe I will have it forever and you never know! I currently have a two-year-old boy who may not make a mess, but as he grows, he may create countless challenges for our new vacuum!!
On bare floors, with medium or low speed, you get excellent results.

Είναι εξαιρετική. Την έχω τρεις μήνες και κάθε φορά εκπλήσσονται με τις δυνατότητες της.
Χρησιμοποιώ όλα τα έξτρα εξαρτήματα,κάτι που δεν έκανα ποτέ παλιότερα, αλλά το γεγονός ότι τα έχει πάνω της σε παροτρύνει να τα δοκιμάσεις και πραγματικά σε πολλές περιπτώσεις σου λύνουν τα χέρια.
Στα χαλιά έχει άριστη απόδοση. Μαζεύει από απλά χνούδια, τρίχες και κάθε λογής σκουπιδακι μέχρι σπασμένα γυαλιά, χώματα και ότι άλλο μπορεί να προκύψει σε ένα σπιτι. Στα ταπετα της κρεβατοκάμαρας (εγώ έχω shaggy) όπως και στον διάδρομο θέλει πολύ χαμηλή ταχύτητα γιατί αλλιώς τα σηκώνει και δεν μπορείς να τα σκουπίσεις. Εμείς δεν πατάμε με παπούτσια στα δωμάτια και ο καθαρισμός είναι ικανοποιητικός ακόμα κ στην χαμηλότερη ταχύτητα.
Δεν έχω κατοικίδιο αλλά επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο γιατί πιστεύω θα την έχω για πάντα και ποτέ δεν ξέρεις! Έχω προς το παρόν ένα δίχρονο αγοράκι που μπορεί να μην μαδάει αλλά στο περάσματα του μπορεί να δημιουργήσει άπειρα challenge για την νέα μας σκούπα!!
Στο πάτωμα χωρίς χαλί με την μεσαία ή χαμηλή ταχύτητα έχεις άριστο αποτέλεσμα.
Τέλος, πολύ σημαντικό είναι ότι έχει μέσα κουπόνι για δωρεάν πακέτο με σακούλες ή έκπτωση για πολυσυσκευασιες. Εγώ στους τρεις μήνες που την έχω είμαι ακόμα στην πρώτη και σκουπίζω 2 φορές τη βδομάδα.

Really good vacuum cleaner, I wonder why I didn't buy it earlier. It cleans in half the time compared to my previous vacuum cleaner, and it cleans well. The ability to clean curtains is very good (although I haven't tried it yet). The turbo brush is perfect for carpets. It's worth its money!
Πραγματικά πολυ καλή σκούπα, απορώ γιατί δεν την ειχα αγοράσει νωρίτερα. Σκουπίζει στο μισο χρόνο απο την προηγούμενη μου σκουπα, και σκουπιζει καλά. Πολυ καλη η δυνατότητα σκουπισματος των κουρτινων (αν και δεν το εφαρμοσα ακομα). Το πελμα turbo ειναι τέλειο για τα χαλιά. Αξιζει τα χρήματά της!

I have had it for a month and from the first moment it seemed like a fairly high-quality product. However, I consider the TurboQ sole, which is also the unique selling point of this series, to be quite overpriced. Unfortunately, it has not satisfied me to the extent I expected, and I have a cat as a pet. How did I come to this conclusion? I pass the carpet two or three times with this specific sole, at different intensities (including on Max), and then I pass the carpet again with the typical sole that the vacuum cleaner has. I see that I continue to see my pet's hair on the fibers of the regular sole, which means that the TurboQ sole obviously does not do the job it is intended to do. This whole concept is probably more of a marketing gimmick than an advanced product patent. In other words, a simple series of the same manufacturer's vacuum cleaner would probably do the same job in terms of carpet cleaning. I'm not saying that the product is not worth it, just that it creates higher expectations than it may be able to satisfy. As for the materials of the vacuum cleaner, the accessories, and the work it does on the floor, I am quite satisfied. Whoever buys the vacuum cleaner should NOT EXPECT miracles but rather a satisfactory result that gives the feeling of a truly clean house after using the vacuum cleaner.
Την έχω ένα μήνα και από την πρώτη στιγμή φαινόταν ένα αρκετά ποιοτικό προϊόν. Παρόλα αυτά θεωρώ ότι το πέλμα TurboQ το οποίο είναι και το unique selling point αυτής της σειράς, είναι αρκετά υπερτιμημένο. Δυστυχώς δεν με έχει ικανοποιήσει στο βαθμό που περίμενα και έχω για κατοικίδιο μια γάτα. Πώς κατέληξα στο συμπέρασμα αυτό? Περνάω το χαλί δύο και τρεις φορές με το συγκεκριμένο πέλμα, σε διάφορες εντάσεις (και στο Μαξ) και έπειτα περνάω ξανά το χαλί με το τυπικό πέλμα που διαθέτει η σκούπα. Βλέπω ότι συνεχίζω να βλέπω τρίχες του κατοικιδίου μου στις ίνες του απλού πέλματος γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι το πέλμα TurboQ δεν κάνει προφανώς τη δουλειά που προορίζεται να κάνει. Μάλλον όλο αυτό το concept είναι ένα μάρκετινγκ τέχνασμα παρά μία advanced προϊοντική πατέντα. Με άλλα λόγια και μια απλή σειρά σκούπας του ίδιου κατασκευαστή, πιθανότατα να έκανε την ίδια δουλειά από άποψη σκουπίσματος χαλιών. Δεν λέω ότι δεν αξίζει το προϊόν απλά μόνο ότι δημιουργεί μεγαλύτερες προσδοκίες από ότι ίσως μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει. Όσο για τα υλικά της σκούπας, τα αξεσουάρ και τη δουλειά που κάνει στο πάτωμα, εκεί είμαι αρκετά ευχαριστημένος. Όποιος την αγοράσει τη σκούπα να ΜΗΝ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΕΙ θαύματα παρά ένα ικανοποιητικό αποτέλεσμα που δίνει την αίσθηση όντως ενός καθαρού σπιτιού μετά τη χρήση της σκούπας.
The vacuum cleaner looks excellent! I will possibly come back later with more detailed comments, once I have worked with it for hours. Another model that I bought a few days ago was requested by a friendly person and I decided to make this purchase. The brush attachment can be used in winter with carpets, without any issues on bare floors. The vacuum cleaner is very powerful, so much so that it sucked up the fringe of a carpet edge.. So be careful with such carpets. You don't feel it heavy.
It surprised me that during the pause phase, when the foot enters the appropriate resting position, the motor does not stop. So does this model not have this advantage?
I highly recommend the vacuum cleaner!!! I'm coming back after almost a year. It is maintained like new. I make sure everything is correct as much as possible!
Η σκούπα φαίνεται άριστη! θα επανέλθω πιθανως αργότερα με πιο αναλυτικά σχόλια, όταν θα την έχω δουλέψει για ώρες . Άλλο μοντέλο που πριν λίγες μέρες αγόρασα το ζήτησε φιλικό μου πρόσωπο και αποφάσισα αυτήν την αγορά. Το πέλμα με τη βούρτσα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιείται τον χειμώνα με τα χαλιά, χωρίς να έχει θέμα και στο γυμνό πάτωμα. Η σκούπα είναι πολύ δυνατή, τόσο που μου ρουφηξε άκρη χαλιού που είχε κρόσσια..Επομένως προσέχετε τέτοια χαλιά. Δεν την αισθάνεσαι βαριά.
Μου έκανε εντύπωση που στη φάση διαλείμματος οπότε μπαίνει το πέλμα στην κατάλληλη υποδοχή στάσης, δεν σταματά ο κινητήρας. Άρα αυτό το πλεονέκτημα δεν το έχει αυτό το μοντέλο;
Η σκούπα συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
Επανέρχομαι μετά από σχεδόν ένα έτος. Διατηρείται σαν καινούργια. Προσέχω να είναι σωστά όλα όσο γίνεται πιο πολύ!
I have had the vacuum for a few weeks, so I will come back with an update to this review in a year. I will mention what I have noticed during this time. At my parents' house, I should mention that we have a Miele, which my parents have had since 2000 and it has shown no issues. When I moved, since the house is smaller, I decided to get a smaller Hoover vacuum as I thought I might not need such a powerful and relatively expensive tool. A huge mistake as the plastics of the Hoover I had (worth €120) were of low quality, resulting in one side breaking after 3 cleanings because I had a carpet with difficult fibers. And of course, it was completely destroyed after a year. So I searched quite a bit for vacuums and naturally looked a lot at Miele. Since we also got a dog that sheds a lot, I looked towards the cat & dog vacuums that have the additional head for vacuuming carpets. I decided on a bagged model as it is much easier to empty the vacuum, the Miele bags (always buy original) have a closure that prevents dust from escaping when you change them. No odors escape either; it has picked up so much hair that while the previous one always smelled a bit like a dog while it was running, with this one there is nothing, so its filters are fully effective. The quality of the plastics and construction is excellent; it looks like it will last for years. Sturdy construction. The sound, although it is a powerful vacuum, is not piercing; obviously, it is not silent, but it is at low levels for the suction power the vacuum has. Super easy to use, it has an indicator for when the vacuum is full, preset settings for the intensity depending on the surface, and in its movement, the vacuum is comfortable thanks to 3 wheels that can rotate 360 degrees instead of 2 fixed ones and one that can rotate. Vacuuming itself is easy; the nozzles move comfortably and cover the area and suck up everything, and the turbo nozzle with the rotating part for the hairs works perfectly; just a little attention is needed if there are fringes as it will stop a bit abruptly. Regarding its performance, I thought the carpet was well vacuumed, but once I went over it, I realized it was really vacuumed. For me, it is definitely worth buying even if you don't have pets as it helps to clean the carpet deeply, and even so, even if you just get the basic one, it is certain that it is a quality product and with proper maintenance, you will have it for many years.
Update 23/08/2024 After years of use, the vacuum has shown no signs of wear. It works daily due to the dog, and the carbon filter does an excellent job of not emitting odors while vacuuming. It is worth noting that I still haven't finished the bags I got additionally with the offer from the company. They are very large in capacity. It is a tool that, with proper care, lasts a lifetime.
Την σκούπα την έχω μερικές εβδομάδες, οπότε θα επανέλθω με ενημέρωση αυτής της κριτικής σε ένα χρόνο.
Θα αναφέρω αυτά που έχω εντοπίσει μέσα σε αυτό το διάστημα.
Στο πατρικό μου να αναφέρω πως έχουμε miele και την έχουν οι γονείς μου από το 2000 και δεν έχει παρουσιάσει τίποτα.
Όταν μετακόμισα επειδή το σπίτι είναι μικρότερο αποφάσισα να πάρω μια μικρότερη σκούπα της Hoover καθώς σκέφτηκα ότι ίσως να μη χρειάζομαι ένα τόσο ισχυρό και σχετικά ακριβό εργαλείο.
Μέγα λάθος καθώς τα πλαστικά της Hoover Που είχα (αξίας €120) ήταν χαμηλής ποιότητας με αποτέλεσμα επειδή είχα χαλί με δύσκολο πέλος να σπάσει η μια πλευρά μετά από 3 σκουπισματα.
Και φυσικά να καταστραφεί εντελώς έπειτα απο ένα χρόνο.
Έτσι έψαξα αρκετά για σκούπες και φυσικά κοίταζα πολύ τις miele.
Επειδή αποκτήσαμε και σκύλο ο οποίος χάνει αρκετή τρίχα κοίταξα προς τις cat & dog σκούπες που έχουν την επιπλέον κεφαλή για σκούπισμα σε χαλιά.
Αποφάσισα σε σακούλα καθώς είναι πολύ πιο εύκολη η διαδικασία αδειάσματος της σκούπας, οι σακούλες της Miele (πάντα να αγοράζετε original) έχουν και κλείστρο το οποίο δεν επιτρέπει τη διαφυγή σκόνης όταν την αλλάζετε.
Απο μυρωδιές δεν ξεφεύγει επίσης τίποτα έχει πάρει τόσο τρίχα που ενώ με την προηγούμενη πάντα μύριζε λίγο σκύλος όσο λειτουργούσε, με αυτήν δε υπάρχει τίποτα, οπότε τα φίλτρα της είναι πλήρως αποδοτικά.
Η ποιότητα των πλαστικών και της κατασκευής είναι άριστη, φαίνεται ότι θα αντέξει για χρόνια. Στιβαρή κατασκευή.
Ο ήχος, παρότι είναι δυνατή σκούπα δεν είναι διαπεραστικός, προφανώς δεν είναι αθόρυβη, αλλά είναι σε χαμηλά επίπεδα για τη δύναμη απορρόφησης που έχει η σκούπα.
Πανεύκολη στη χρήση, έχει ενημέρωση για όταν γεμίσει η σκούπα, προεπιλεγμένες ρυθμίσεις για την ένταση ανάλογα με το τι επιφάνεια υπάρχει και στην κίνησή της η σκούπα είναι άνετη χάρη σε 3 ροδάκια τα οποία μπορούν να περιστραφούν 360 μοίρες αντί για 2 σταθερά και ενα που μπορεί να περιστραφεί.
Το σκούπισμα αυτό καθ'εαυτό είναι εύκολο, τα πέλματα κινούνται άνετα και καλύπτουν το χώρο και απορροφούν τα παντα και το turbo πελμα με το περιστρεφόμενο τμήμα για τις τρίχες δουλεύει άψογα,
λίγη προσοχή χρειάζεται εάν υπάρχουν κρόσια καθως θα σταματάει λιγο απότομα. Όσον αφορά την απόδοση του νόμιζα το χαλί ήταν καλά σκουπισμένο, μόλις το πέρασα τότε κατάλαβα πως είναι πραγματικα σκουπισμένο.
Για μένα αξίζει σίγουρα η αγορά της ακομα και αν δεν εχετε κατοικιδια καθως βοηθά να καθαρίσει σε βαθος το χαλί, αλλά και έτσι ακόμα, και την απλή να πάρετε είναι σίγουρο ότι είναι ποιοτικό προϊόν και με σωστή συντήρηση θα το έχετε για πολλά χρόνια.

Μετά από χρόνια χρήσης η σκούπα δεν έχει βγάλει το παραμικρό.

The noise is reduced while it also has a carbon filter for odors. The accessories are sufficient but the highly advertised TURBOTEQ tool is only for low-pile or wool carpets, it does nothing on shaggy or fluffy carpets as the cylinder gets blocked by the fibers.
Αρκετά δυνατή σκούπα, ευέλικτη με άριστη ποιότητα κατασκευής σε πλαστικά και μεταλλικά μέρη, το καταλαβαίνεις όσο περισσότερο την χρησιμοποιείς. Ο θόρυβος είναι μειωμένος ενώ διαθέτει και φίλτρο άνθρακα για τις οσμές. Τα εξαρτήματα είναι αρκετά αλλά το πολυδιαφημισμένο TURBOTEQ εργαλείο είναι μόνο για χαλιά με μειωμένο ύψος κοντότριχα ή μάλλινα, σε φλοκάτες ή χαλιά shaggy δεν κάνει τίποτα καθώς μπλοκάρει ο κύλινδρος από τις τρίχες.
We got it as a replacement for our old Miele vacuum cleaner that we've had since 2006. The vacuum cleaner is worth every euro and as they say, you get what you pay for! Small size, low noise compared to its power! Very lightweight! Good quality plastics! Long cord that reaches the whole house! I will take the old vacuum cleaner to the village. If you are looking for a vacuum cleaner that is worth its money, I recommend it without hesitation! I hope I helped!

After a year of use, I have to say that the vacuum cleaner is flawless!!!!!!!
The pet attachment, although I don't have pets because I have young children, is amazing!!!!
I don't know where it collects all those hairs from!!!
I don't regret anything, maybe just that I didn't buy it earlier!!!!
Την πήραμε για αλλαγή απο την παλιά σκούπα Miele που έχουμε από το 2006. Η σκούπα αξίζει το κάθε ευρώ και όπως λένε ότι πληρώνεις παίρνεις! Μικρό μέγεθος, χαμηλός θόρυβος σε σχέση με την δύναμη που έχει! Πολύ ελαφριά! Καλή ποιότητα πλαστικών! Μακρύ καλώδιο που φτάνει για ολο το σπίτι! Την παλιά σκούπα θα την παω στο χωριό. Αν ψάχνετε μια σκούπα που να άξιζε τα χρήματα της με κλειστά τα μάτια! Ελπίζω να βοήθησα!

Μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσεις έχω να πω ότι η σκουπα είναι άψογη!!!!!!!
Το πέλμα για ζωάκια αν και δεν έχω γιατί έχω μικρά παιδιά είναι απίστευτο!!!!
Δεν ξέρω τόσες τρίχες από που τις μαζεύει!!!
Δεν μετανιώνω για τίποτα ίσως για το μονό ότι δεν την πήρα ποιο νωρίς!!!!

Με 2 σκυλιά και 3 γάτες είναι η ιδανική σκούπα. Είναι πολύ δυνατή και ανθεκτική. Διαθέτει και ένα εξάρτημα που τραβάει τις τρίχες από χάλια και καναπέδες το οποίο μας έχει σώσει. Θέλει λίγη προσοχή με τα καλώδια, γιατί αν τα βρει στο δρόμο της τα μαζεύει. Έχει μακρύ καλώδιο το οποίο εξυπηρετεί αφάνταστα.
I bought it as a gift for my mother in 2017. She had a Phillips one before. I don't think there is a better choice for a family home, even with pets like ours. It sucks with incredible power but has enough settings to make your life easier. The only thing this vacuum cleaner doesn't have to reach perfection is the ability to be automatic and be told to clean.
P.S. In the end, a year ago (2020), we bought it ourselves because we had an AEG one, but there is no comparison, guys, in anything between the two vacuums.

Την αγόρασα δωρο για τη μάνα μου το 2017.ειχε μια Phillips. Δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει καλύτερη επιλογή για ένα σπίτι με οικογένεια ακόμη κ κατοικίδια όπως σε εμάς. I don't know if it's just my vacuum cleaner.. I bought it almost 3 weeks ago!!! It's brand new!!! I opened it to see if the bag was full and I saw that it wasn't properly attached in its place and all the dust was everywhere inside!!! I cleaned it and every time I start to vacuum, I check the bag and every time it's unfastened. IT HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE BAG'S FASTENING!!!!
