Instructions for Use

Start with a clean area around the eyes. Use the Boosting Serum twice a day, morning and evening. Apply the Serum to the eyelashes like mascara, starting from the inner side and then from the outer side. Allow the product to dry before applying mascara.

The reason I don't recommend it is because after a few hours, it leaves little pieces of the product like gelatin on the eyelashes or at the edge of the eyes.
