Very satisfied at first. We stayed in a two-room apartment and it had good performance. However, exactly after 15 days, it stopped working properly. Only half of it turned on. I called philco's service directly, they asked me to bring the product and the receipt for them to see it and repair it. We waited 3 days without anyone informing us that the inspection had been done. We called and they told us that there is no problem with the device and that it is natural for half of it to work. ?‍♀️
It is a heater with a length of 1 meter and it is supposed to work only half of it?‍♀️
I explained to them that for the first 15 days the whole device was working and this doesn't make sense. The answer was that many customers have this "complaint" but that's how the device is and it was wrong to take it for service. It's a shame because I thought it was a reliable company and I relied solely on its name for choosing the product.

Very good radiator. It heats up the space in 40-45 sqm. March 22 with cold and snow and in an area with continuous cold and wind on the top floor. For the first hour at 27 and then at 23 to 24. It takes a while to heat up, but then it keeps the space warm. Connecting to wifi is very easy, just do it next to the modem. Then you can place it wherever you want. It's worth its money.

I bought it 3 years ago and I am very satisfied. It heats up quickly and evenly and it doesn't consume much energy. I would highly recommend it. The only thing I would like to have is a handle for transportation. The wheels are very useful, I just wish we had a handle and a longer cord. Unfortunately, no heater or external heating device has a long cord and it is recommended to plug it directly into a socket, not a power strip.

Quite satisfied with the heater!!! I have had it for two years and everything is good!!!! It heats the space nicely and the warmth stays. Especially if it is placed in a room, it turns it into an oven. And the electricity bill doesn't increase excessively.

Positive: Quality menu and easy wifi connection, beautiful construction.

Negative: We bought it for our workplace, for 6 small offices with the same number of machines. I mention this because no one can tell us which one I bought was defective. Unfortunately, they don't heat up the space at all, so we have to go over them for a few seconds to warm up our bodies... In fact, my colleagues have asked me many times to write a review to help other potential buyers. In communication with the technical department of our company, they told us that it may be due to the humidity of the space and that we may need a dehumidifier. Also, don't be fooled by what it says about filters, etc. They are thin strips that we didn't understand where each one goes, not to mention that the main filter is not properly placed and constantly hangs at the bottom of the device...

Overall: STAY AWAY!!

120 sqm house with two heaters and we permanently walk around in shorts and a t-shirt even if it's 0 degrees outside.
I highly recommend it because it maintains the temperature exactly where you set it.
If someone expects to see 27 degrees on their house thermometer, they better move to Africa.

I bought it from a large chain for heating a living room of about 40 sqm. The saleswoman told me that it covers up to 45 sqm. In terms of quality, it is excellent, it has a full programming menu, 5 levels of heat intensity, a thermostat, and wifi which is convenient if you want to control it from your mobile or tablet. It heats up very quickly and quietly. Although it warms up the space quite well, don't expect to walk around "in your t-shirt" since the heat it emits is not sufficient for a small living room. However, it turns a bedroom or a children's room into an oven. I recommend it because it is of good quality, but for smaller spaces.
