I have had it for 5 years and it is still a star. Sometimes it shows those lines at the bottom of the screen as other users say, but after two minutes they disappear and it continues to function normally.

One problem I have, and that's why I don't give it 5 stars, is that when it shows some gray colors it flickers a lot, it can be fixed by playing with the black stabilization, I have it at 60, and the colors, contrasts, etc., but it's a process. It's the peculiarities of the VA panel.

It is suitable for daily use because it has good clarity and is comfortable, but due to its exceptional response and high frame rate, it is perfect for gaming.

It also has pretty good colors for what it is, as long as we set realistic expectations, it is neither IPS nor OLED. For 90% of users it will be fine, for that 10% who want 4k and perfect colors for work, it will not satisfy them.

Clean screen only for gaming, good 144 Hz refresh rate. The response time of 1 ms doesn't work for me, it's only good for game number 1. For anything else, it's a waste. This review is after my first review, which I made 3 months ago. It broke after 5 days. It's my fault for not reading reviews for 5 days. The screen is now in repair at ViewSonic in Greece. Not far from the screen, waste of money. Give something more for something better, because I realized that others also got caught here

After many weeks of searching for an affordable monitor, I found this one. I bought it for 150€ and at 144Hz, it is amazing. The picture is fantastic, very beautiful and clear. The speakers are not the best, but they do the job. There is a hidden button on the back of the screen that helps you change the colors, brightness, etc. It is also needed for the initial setup and turning it on and off. It is definitely worth the money, even now that the price has increased. Don't try to find something better for this price because it doesn't exist!

Very good and durable. I bought it in May 2020 and it doesn't have a scratch, and imagine that I transport it at least 5-6 times a month with the car and it hasn't suffered anything!

Owner of the screen for a year. Very easy assembly and placement. The screen is very lightweight. The pros include support from connection ports (it has Display Port, HDMI, DVI), the 1ms response time and the 144Hz make a big difference especially if you come from a 60Hz screen. Also, if you have two devices connected and you turn off one, it automatically switches the input. So you don't need to manually change the source from the menu (which is also quite simple and user-friendly). It has full support from AMD Freesync and Nvidia G-Sync. As for the negatives, I will add the backlight bleeding, however, it is not visible to the naked eye...only in scenes with very dark colors and only after careful observation. The speakers are terrible, just there to exist. Overall, it is the best option for a gaming monitor at such a price. I highly recommend it!

The only problem I find annoying is the high-pitched noise (hissing noise) during operation. Other than that, everything is good for its price.

When I watch series, I am lying on the chair and no matter from which angle I watch, it is perfect. Even when friends come over and we watch together, they see perfectly. If something happens, I will definitely buy the same one, 99% for sure. Truly excellent.

Hello, I have had the screen for three days now.
Negatives: It burned out within 3 days, but luckily it is covered by the warranty.
Positives: Very good image, fully represents its characteristics.
The best for the money, however, I don't know how reliable the company is.

Guys, those of you who are thinking of getting a good and cheap 144hz monitor, order this one directly. It has very good whites and blacks, a decent menu, and especially with a 1ms response time, there is no ghosting

The Viewsonic VX2458-C-mhd 23.6" Curved is a very good choice for someone who wants to get a gaming monitor under 200€. The 144Hz is very useful in competitive games, while at the same time its colors combined with its resolution have a very nice result on the user's eye.

However, there is one negative aspect about this product and that is its screen settings. I don't mean the menu, I mean the positions it can take, or rather the position it can take because there is only one. This may not seem convenient for some people, although in my case it didn't affect me that much. It is something that you get used to after a while.

Excluding this drawback, I can confidently say that this monitor is ideal for someone who wants to spend money for the best gaming experience, but only up to a certain point.

The screen is great for its price (160€). I have had it for 2 weeks now and I have no complaints about its performance. The 1ms response time and 144hz refresh rate make a big difference in gaming. It has an easy menu with many settings. Below, I will explain why I am giving it 1 star.

Unfortunately, I received it with one burnt bright pixel. I took it out of the box, connected it, and immediately noticed the burnt bright pixel. I contacted the store and after a day, they informed me that Viewsonic does not replace it through DOA for just one bright pixel, but for two or more. The store obviously did not accept the return of the screen, so my only option was to contact the consumer advocate. In short, it was a hassle for something that cost me 160€ to buy brand new. (I have also uploaded photos for proof, but if you are using the Skroutz application, they will not be displayed to you)

The best thing if you want to start 144hz gaming is that there is a big difference from 60hz. I have had it for 6 months and it really is worth its money

I recommend it to someone who is involved in gaming, and even better to someone who plays at 144 fps because as you can see the screen is 144hz. Also, its size is the appropriate one that a gaming monitor should have (23.6 inches). It is curved and I like that more in appearance. I got the screen in June and I am completely satisfied, I have not encountered any problems. By the way, it is a full value for money for its characteristics. I highly recommend it

I have had the monitor for 1.5 months and I can say that it is worth its money. I would also recommend connecting it with DisplayPort for the FreeSync to work

A very nice monitor with a high number of Hz per second and low response time. The only problem is that you can't see well from the sides and it leaves black borders after each image. Also, the menu is user-friendly and you can easily handle it with the joystick conveniently located behind the screen. It's worth its money and I highly recommend it

The only problem I have encountered is that it doesn't have sound, but it's probably my mistake. It also consumes a lot of energy since it has a B certification. Other than that, it is a very good budget gaming monitor. It also has a somewhat unique menu that trolls you until you learn it

User after 1 year I have to say that the screen is a dog in terms of durability... I went to a friend's house and someone sat on it... the only thing it suffered was for about a week it took about 10 minutes at first to load the colors but it fixed itself.

The only complaints are that it doesn't have a way to turn off the power and that it doesn't come with a display port cable. I had to get one that supports 144hz but no other complaints. I bought the monitor a while ago and I am very satisfied. My big dilemma was between 24 or 27 inches, but the 24 is enough and it doesn't strain my eyes at the relatively short distance it is. I noticed a dead pixel, but it doesn't bother me enough to return it (even though ViewSonic has warranty even for a dead pixel). Also, it doesn't have height adjustment, only angle adjustment. Otherwise, it has fully covered my needs.

Edit: It developed a problem after 19 months of use, where the lower rows of pixels would flicker and display black upon computer startup, which would stop after 3-5 minutes. After delivering the monitor to the authorized service center, it was replaced with an upgraded model as it was within the 2-year warranty. So, even in terms of warranty/service, this specific monitor/company has covered me.

Good screen, nice colors, fast for gaming.. The only thing is that it burned 2 pixels on the left and right side in the first 3 months.. This annoyed me and if you notice it, it's bothersome
