This manual includes extensive references to as many causes of falls as possible. Of course, it is not feasible to predict all cases. One is always surprised by the variety of falling mechanisms and their unpredictability.
The existence of knowledge is, of course, useless if it is not combined with its application. The latter gives meaning and substance to prevention, but unfortunately, it is not as self-evident as it sounds. The lack of application of basic specifications and knowledge destructively undermines all the structures and institutions of the country.
