It consists of a U base with a zinc coating, a medium-length double-socket arm, and the popular RAM® X-Grip® large phone holder with a spring. It is compatible with rails with a diameter from 0.5" to 1.25".

The RAM® X-Grip® features an "X" design that expands and contracts for a perfect fit for your device, even if it is in a case. It is made from powder-coated aluminum, marine-grade aluminum, stainless steel components, and high-strength composite material. It fits phones with a width from 1.75" to 4.5" and keeps your device fully functional and accessible.

The RAM® ball and socket technology allows for nearly unlimited adjustment for the ideal viewing angle, while also providing shock and vibration dampening, extending the life of your phone. A tether strap is included for optional use that offers added security.
