Opening the lid, if you see a hole above the mouth where the drops drip, if you have a hole from the top side and you tap with your finger from behind a couple of times, it immediately drips drops.... I have been using another vitamin, also in drops, for 1 year now on my 3.5-year-old son. The result was zero!!! His vitamin levels, after tests, were exactly at the sufficiency limit. Our pediatrician recommended these ones here.
