I highly recommend it, as it has helped me when I am on the computer and also need a tablet or e-reader. It is quite stable, so I can easily tap on the touch screens. In terms of sizes, it even fits a mobile phone, but when I tried it, tapping was not easy. The devices stay securely in place without the risk of falling forward. I am 1.80 meters tall, and at a distance of about 40 centimeters, the screens appear normal. I have tried it from higher and lower positions, and the viewing angle does not seem to change, so it should perform well for taller or shorter individuals.
