Very easy to use, once you read the manual, you won't need to read it again. It defrosts meat very well, it takes time depending on the weight, but it stops in the middle of the process to turn the meat over correctly. (I emphasize this because I heard from a friend that her microwave broke because it stopped in the middle of defrosting?)... Highly recommended.
