Very good, well made & modern design ... it needs a little attention from time to time, a click to screw-unscrew so it doesn't get stuck..

Quite good construction, with easy installation. The only downside is that it is open at the bottom. This means that since it is outdoor, where it is screwed to the floor, the moisture from the floor rises and collects at the top. This is sometimes visible on the glass.
