Average machine and not at all VFM. The coffee is not very hot, decent crema, the steam wand for frothing is average, it gave up after two years the machine doesn't work.

I have really been very satisfied, even compared to 'well-known' ones I have bought in the past. I am a fan of loose coffee and I try different varieties, and the result is very good, correct brewing time, ideal coffee temperature and cream in every cup. As for the nozzle, I have nothing to say because I rarely use it for cappuccino.

The product is value for money with a practical size for the countertop! I've been looking for a machine with a 20 bar pressure pump to make real cream (foam) and have the right coffee temperature! I have tried different blends, coffee varieties, and they are all superb! The only small disadvantage I could say is the manual rotation of the switch to choose between espresso or frothed milk... but it is easily accustomed to! I recommend it!

Unacceptable espresso machine after one year of operation and of course a visit to the service center. It burns the coffee, and in order to manage to make coffee, you have to do various tricks so as not to burn it and produce a mediocre coffee. Unacceptable, no one should buy it, no reliability, no durability. Poor quality materials, poor quality coffee maker!
