Generally a good machine. And what do I mean by that:

you put in a dose, you got coffee. You knew what to expect, more or less. All the usual stuff.

Of course, mine didn’t hold up very well over time, as it would heat up and self-destruct from the inside, giving off a burnt smell, until it stopped working for me. I opened it up and it had melted inside. At the same time it vibrated a lot while heating up, and made quite a bit of noise.

In my opinion, for a first machine there are better options, unless you find it at a good price or from someone you know

Poor material and coffee quality. I used to have an older Krups which was an excellent machine. With this model, it's just money thrown away. I wouldn't buy again!

Overall, it's worth the money. It makes good coffee and is easy to use. The downside is that if you make frothed milk, for the next 20 minutes you can't make coffee because the machine has overheated and can't dispense a dose. Other than that, I am satisfied

Get the KRUPS VIRTUOSO XP442C11 instead of this to make decent coffee. It's not bad, but it's a cheap Chinese knockoff; I have an identical Arielli bought years ago that still works. Cheap construction but a workhorse. The coffee from the VIRTUOSO is better by far. For the price, just no.

We have had it for 3 years. It replaced the same one that was purchased in 2006 at triple the cost, where in front of it, it is cheap. However, so far, it is doing well. With 3-4 coffees every day (from coffee ground to 1.5), it is value for money

2 different machines and both have the same problem. The tank does not supply water to the machine. I will eventually get another machine.

Guys, it doesn't make good coffee (I'm talking about freddo espresso) at least with this one from the supermarket (illy, dimello). Now I will try from a coffee shop and I will come back. The cappuccino is relatively good because it has milk foam, so the taste is somewhat balanced. I will do more tests and I will come back. But I'm very afraid that this is it and nothing will change. It is my first espresso machine and I have no experience with others.

Having experience with 3 similar devices in the past, I can confidently say that this is the best one by far for its price. It is used heavily, especially in the last year (an average of 3-4 coffees per day), and yet it functions without any problems. It should be noted that I use tap water (which is not ideal) and it is cleaned with simple vinegar at regular intervals

This is a very good household appliance with quality (plastic, like all in this category) construction that makes perfect coffee with rich foam. It makes frothed milk very easily and in no time at all. I highly recommend it without a second thought.

I received it yesterday from one of the many stores that had it on sale for 99€, and I regret it.
It doesn't work, and since this morning I've been trying to figure out how to replace it, but still nothing.
The pump is loud and doesn't pump any water.
The coffee group is very tight. You have to hold it with one hand while pressing the button with the other.
Maybe it's a faulty batch.

The construction of it is not sturdy like the other two espresso machines I had before, and it is difficult to seal the handle with the coffee, and you also have to hold the device so that it does not move away.

The machine is very good. It makes very good coffee with froth. It heats up quickly, compared to others at the same price it is the best. Tested! The noise compared to other machines is minimal. With a little effort, you can drink a nice cappuccino with frothed milk! I recommend it.

It's decent for the money you'll spend. It makes good coffee with nice foam. It doesn't make much noise, it's fast, and relatively user-friendly. It doesn't make any good milk froth at all.

Another simple machine that should cost less than 50 euros but we pay for the brand. All machines under 150 euros do the same job, ask any expert. So just choose the design and brand to have at least support if it breaks, but the most important thing is to choose freshly ground coffee!

In the category it belongs to and for its value, a beautiful aesthetically pleasing, reliable, and reputable semi-automatic espresso machine... I operate it with filtered water from a BRITA jug and also with bottled water... Do not fill it with tap water, as it reduces the machine's lifespan and the accumulated salts only create issues (in any coffee machine).... Pay attention to the amount of coffee you put in and avoid putting pressure on the machine's component, as the water will not easily pass through to create creamy espresso... The steam component is easy to use, clean it after each preparation of frothed milk (by removing and washing the black plastic with lukewarm water and using a damp sponge to clean the milk from the stainless steel nozzle)
