Technical Performance
- Musical Fidelity’s RIAA correction is renowned for its predictable and consistent accuracy, with precision of ±0.25dB at 20Hz-20kHz and extension up to 45kHz, without exceeding.
- The signal-to-noise ratio for MM (better than 82dB) and MC (better than 72dB) is excellent and nearly audible at any volume setting.
- The distortion of the LX2-LPS is very low, typically less than 0.007% across the audio spectrum.
- The overload margin is exemplary, making it nearly impossible for any real cartridge to overload it.
