Description

The primary and most frequently used book-tool by every homeopathic doctor is the Repertory. The most well-known and predominant Repertory is that of Kent. The Synthesis is a new Repertory published by Frederik Schroyens, based on Kent's but containing numerous additions with new symptoms and remedies.

It is well known how critical and essential the use of the Repertory is for accurate prescription. Therefore, the proper handling of it is a prerequisite for the correct application of Homeopathy.

The main problem that has always existed for every Greek doctor was the specialized vocabulary used by Kent. Thus, it was often difficult for someone to easily understand what exactly Kent meant when referring to a symptom, resulting in misinterpretation or an inability to find the appropriate interpretation for certain symptoms. This usually had negative consequences for the doctor's final prescription.

The use of classical dictionaries helped, but not sufficiently, as many gaps remained. Therefore, the need for a "different" dictionary from the usual ones became evident. I believe that this need is fully addressed by the "Dictionary for the Use of Synthesis."

With this dictionary, its creator Petros Garzónis and his collaborators literally "unlock" the Synthesis for the Greek doctor. Being one of the first homeopathic doctors himself, he knows precisely the problems related to the use of the Repertory. By conveying the conceptual meaning of the elements of Synthesis, he allows the doctor to have a complete and therefore confident approach to any rubric.

This undoubtedly gives the doctor a sense of security for their prescriptions and leaves no doubt about the utility and uniqueness of the "Dictionary" in its category.
