Description

  • For healthy cooking, rich in vitamins, choose the Selecta pressure cooker by Monix.
  • It is compatible with all stovetops (gas, ceramic, induction, electric), made from highly durable 18/10 stainless steel, and has a heat-resistant Bakelite handle.
  • To maximize the efficiency of heat transfer, the base of the cooker is made from a triple diffusion of stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel for the homogeneous distribution of energy transmitted from the stovetop.
  • The Selecta has 3 cooking programs for vegetables, meats, and fish, and a pressure regulator that allows you to gradually select the pressure (Select & Cook system).
  • The operating valve allows for the gradual selection of cooking pressure. The recommended cooking pressures are indicated on the lid with three types of pictograms representing three different pressure levels.
  • The lid of the cooker opens and closes easily, with minimal effort and maximum safety.
  • To ensure maximum safety levels during use, the Selecta is equipped with a triple safety system: Automatic lid locking system, safety valve, and side safety vent.
