With this book:

•  The individual offensive and defensive technique in basketball is presented. Specifically, the methodological and training structure of basketball skills is analyzed in detail, including:-individual technique, in attack and defense, with the methodological approach to teaching and highlighting errors in the technical execution of athletes,-proper learning and practice with the presentation of simple and combination exercises and games.
•  All regulations for F.I.B.A. championships are presented and explained in detail,-the terms applied in school games and mini basketball and 3 on 3 tournaments,-the English basketball terminology, with corresponding translation, for better use of basketball terms.
