In 1898, a few weeks before his final collapse, Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) composed his autobiography, "Behold the Man." A work that ranks among the most interesting and simultaneously peculiar autobiographical works ever written.

In this particular work, the philosopher explores his own work and development, examining his personal "heroes" (Schopenhauer, Socrates, Wagner, etc.) and at the same time, it is a self-mocking piece that presents the definitive expression of the philosopher's values.

It can be considered, in every respect, Nietzsche's testament.
