The author: Yolanda Tsoroni-Georgiadi is a graduate of the Law School, the Pedagogical Academy, and the Pedagogical Department of the University of Athens and has furthered her education at the Marasleio Teachers' College. She has worked for many years in public education, writes articles for educational journals, volunteers in organizations promoting literature, is an active member of the Women's Literary Society, and has published many books for children and studies of folkloric content.
