School leaders and the way schools are managed in general are directly related to the quality of education provided, the improvement of schools, the development of educators, and, of course, children's learning. 

In Cyprus and Greece, however, despite the efforts being made, school leadership and management continue to face serious problems. But what is the current situation and what are the possible ways to address these problems?
