The Exercise Book contains exercises for homework, as well as revision exercises related to the content of the listening texts and reading texts in the Student's Book. It also includes additional listening texts and offers, in addition to pronunciation exercises, comprehensive practice of written and oral speech, as well as strategies for all skills, with the aim of systematic preparation for the B1 level exams. Each chapter also provides a list of the corresponding basic vocabulary along with information on language variations in Switzerland and Austria.

The integrated MP3-CD contains all the listening texts, as well as the oral exercises of the Exercise Book.
