The Chaffoteaux Mira Advance System 12 wall-mounted boiler is a gas condensing boiler with a modulating, fully premixed burner and a stainless steel heat exchanger. The burner output can be adjusted from 10% to 100% of maximum output, while the modulating inverter pump helps reduce energy consumption and noise. The SRA function automatically adjusts the heating system to suit ambient conditions.

It is compatible with a BCH cylinder and an external domestic hot water cylinder. The LCD displays history, operating modes and temperatures, and includes a self-diagnostic function. Installation is possible using optional hydraulic connections.
