Product review after 4 years...
Little use, it was bought only for COSMOTETV because the program is not compatible with the TV software (LG 3D).
And in the last two months for HBO.
In the last month it keeps disconnecting from Wifi, it only connects after unplugging the power and then it resets the language to Chinese!!!!
Has anyone faced the same problem?

Very good box to upgrade your TV. Netflix pre-installed. Easy installation of cosmote tv, ertflix. It does quite a few restarts and freezes (not so much at the beginning when it was purchased), sometimes struggles with the wifi if the signal is not strong. A 2nd gen was also purchased which seems better.

The best thing at this price. Old Sony Bravia Android OS that was slow and its remote control worked when it wanted, replaced by the remote control of the TV Box.

I think it is not worth buying. It freezes very often and I have to disconnect it to reconnect, and it takes a long time to connect. Better to get a smart TV.

Three stars for the price I bought it and only! It keeps getting stuck with the sound! I put it at 100 on the volume and it still sounds low! I have tried everything and have only ended up resetting the factory settings to fix the sound for a little while. This definitely has to be done once a week!

It often freezes and restarts by itself. Especially in the first year, it restarted every 20 to 30 minutes, and I regretted my choice, as we couldn't watch a single movie without 2 to 3 interruptions... At some point, it stopped restarting (after I reported it to the manufacturer). After 5 years of use, I believe it has paid for itself. The restarts have decreased to about once a week. In the last month, it started having two buttons on the remote not working. A significant advantage is that you have a portable media player/TV. I wish it had a bit more space and memory. One star less for the trouble I experienced with the restarts in the first year.

When it goes into sleep mode, the remote control gets stuck and usually needs to be restarted to work again.

Perfect, until I needed to connect my wireless headphones, it drove me to despair. The second major issue is that it bombards you with thousands of ads that you can't avoid at all. I don't have real experience with other similar ones, but better something else that doesn't have such issues.

It is a one-way street for TV boxes for Netflix. A mandatory 5G Wi-Fi connection if you don't want issues. Even with a USB to LAN adapter that I used, it has problems. It has freezes, but with a restart, it comes back.

the most value for money option for simple use with a TV whether smart or not. minimal lags. by installing Kodi you can see and hear everything, either from a hard drive or through some add-on.

very good quality in sound and image, a bit with the disconnections from the internet I see...but maybe it's the router that is a bit far away.

Very good and relatively affordable TV box. The remote control is small and easy to use, just like the TV box itself. The child handles it comfortably. Pre-installed YouTube, Netflix, and many other platforms. Very satisfied!! I have bought 2!!

The only drawback it has is that to increase the volume you have to press the + or - button simultaneously with the corresponding up or down "arrow."

I would like it to have more memory because if you don't restart it once every two weeks, it drags.

Many problems. The remote control takes a long time to start every time, and you have to wait while the box has opened. It often freezes with several applications and reboots (CosmoteTV, NBA), while with others it is fine (Euroleague TV, Netflix, and any movies/series streaming app). I got one from Nokia (more expensive, of course) and it calmed my mind

Honest. I've had it for 6 years. It's fine, just when you first turn it on, it takes a couple of minutes to get back to normal because it doesn't immediately respond to commands. But after that, it's great and has good picture quality.

I had bought it as a gift for my father. Every now and then, problems. After a few years, it shows lines on the screen and it's not the connection's fault, but overheating... due to poor construction, I suppose.

Sometimes it freezes and I don't know why because I have done all the updates.

However, for the money, it is worth buying

Easy activation, easy search and installation of applications/streaming platforms such as erflix, installation of supported website (does not have Chrome) and playback of audiovisual material from websites such as megatv, ertflix. Very fast, no lag even though it only works with Wi-Fi. Easy and simple remote control. Very good purchase price and 2-year warranty.

I have it for about a year.
Quite slow to open. Occasionally it would freeze and have some glitches.
Lately, it keeps restarting constantly. I put on OTE TV and I can't watch a channel. It keeps throwing me out and starting from the beginning. By the time it opens and you get back in, you're frustrated.
Also, a big negative is that it doesn't have an ON/OFF indicator, so you don't know if it's turned on or frozen.

It constantly gets stuck, I have to remove it from the socket for it to work. Other than that, when it's working, it's okay, runs smoothly and has an Android menu, easy to use

If you don't have psychological issues, you will develop them; if you already have them, they will worsen. It is tiring every time you need to open it since it requires a restart. Also, frequent restarts occur while watching a program. Spend some extra money to get something better. The positive aspect is that it plays everything.

I had bought 2 for Netflix because I don't have a smart TV. I have them for a while now and I have no issues with either of the two.

At startup, it is very slow to start, it shows the image but you cannot make program choices for a long time. I believe that for the money it costs, it should be faster.

Everything you need to make your TV smart. With Android, you can update and download whatever you want. The only observation is that it takes a little longer to start.

I have 2 of these devices. I am completely satisfied with the applications and performance. I have also put movies on a USB and it plays them perfectly (with the corresponding application, of course). I use it a lot, even on our vacations, by connecting it to any TV and to the internet with a wifi router, and I am incredibly satisfied.

It has a small issue that many users have mentioned, and that is the time it takes for the remote control to become functional from the moment it is turned on. The solution is simple. Change the menu from Greek to English. :)

The only problem we all face is the wireless connection issues.... I had 150 Mbps speed with the mi box under the router and it was freezing.... Get a USB to Ethernet cable and the mi box will become wired with a cable.... It doesn't freeze anywhere for just 10 euros.... Simply turn off the Wi-Fi and connect the cable and it works fine

This with the remote control is infuriating, I haven't found a solution in any of the devices I have, they all have the same issue... Stay away from Xiaomi for such a device
