It's nothing special. The tape easily breaks or twists on itself. I have bought another measure from the same company, a little more expensive (I think it's the fat one), and it is an amazing measure.

I have had it for about 6 months and I use it daily for professional purposes. I can say that at first I was impressed, but not so much anymore. It has scratched in several places and the lock is worn out and doesn't work. Additionally, the spring has fallen off, which is strange for a Milwaukee product.
