The grill, due to the high density of the lines between them (tested only on the side with the lines), does not grill strongly because the food does not touch a large surface on the grill. I compared it at the same time with a grill of the same material (brand of induction hob) and while I started grilling at the same time, the food on one grill browned faster, while on this grill it had to stay longer.

The space needs good ventilation and a powerful extractor because it produces smoke. Other than that, the grill plate is amazing.

I use it on an induction hob, good cooking, food doesn't stick. Just be careful with very fatty foods (pancetta, etc.), they produce a lot of smoke in the room (it's not the grill's fault)

it's worth its money and more, the only negative is that it barely didn't fit in my oven (you need it to make it non-stick)

It delivers what it promises. I would say it's a mediocre choice. I used it on both a traditional stovetop and a gas stove. The problem is that it doesn't have a hole for the fat to drain from the meat, resulting in a lot of smoke and often the meat gets fried in the fat.

Very good plate, it grills amazingly, we use it on a ceramic stove. It does produce a lot of smoke, but you get grilled food just like in a tavern!

I bought it for use on an induction stove that has the ability to heat exactly the surface area occupied by the cookware. I was satisfied with grilling meat, fish, and vegetables... but... the smoke and smell reached the entire house! I couldn't cook without turning the kitchen into a tavern! Definitely needs a very good extractor hood and not high intensity on the stove.
I haven't been able to cook for a year, my... wife has forbidden me.

It produces fantastic food, like in a tavern! HOWEVER, firstly, a very good extractor fan is required, and secondly, you need to find the right temperature intensity of the eye, otherwise the food will stick and cook before you realize it. Anyway, if you think about the fact that it produces such food and you simply cook on the eye, the little inconvenience is worth it.

Very good solution for gas barbecue grills. We were very satisfied with the result. It functions as a cooking utensil and doesn't drip anything, so the smoke and smell are minimized!
