How to use:

- The tincture is used for a period of about 2 months in cases of long-term nervous tension that leads to exhaustion and depression. For children who wet their bed, we can give 5-10 drops in the evening.
- Another option is a calming bath with St. John's Wort. To the warm water in your bathtub, add 1 cup of dried herb and relax in the water.
