It can be used on all types of burners (ceramic, induction, gas, or electric) as well as directly over a flame. It also pairs perfectly with gas grills. It is already pre-seasoned, meaning it has been coated with vegetable oil to create the perfect non-stick layer to prevent food from sticking.

Cast iron cookware has an excellent ability to retain the heat of food during cooking. Additionally, cooking in cast iron cookware is generally much healthier, as they do not contain artificial chemical compounds like Teflon.

Note: Measure your burners carefully to ensure they fit the diameter of the bottom of the skillet you want. Cast iron cookware may exhibit aesthetic imperfections that arise from the casting or seasoning process, which are not considered defects as they do not affect the functionality or lifespan of the cookware.
