The Global Forged GF-36 Nakiri knife is fully forged from a single piece of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, with no joint between the blade and handle. Its wide, flat blade is designed for chopping vegetables and makes full contact with the cutting surface. The slight curve at the front makes slicing and dicing easier, and the cutting angle is 15°.
The handle is seamless and made of metal. The knife was designed by Komin Yamada and is made in Japan.
