The present collection of legislation, which constitutes the 4th edition of the "Commercial Code and Commercial Legislation" - originally published in 1998 - is improved and more systematically structured.
All the legal documents it contains (laws, presidential decrees, ministerial decisions, and legislative provisions) are classified into thematic sections and subsections. The Commercial Legislation is codified and updated up to laws 2992/2002, 3043/2002, 3049/2002, 3057/2002, and 3066/2002.
The advantages of the work consist, on the one hand, of the timely and continuous updating of the texts of the laws with each new legislative amendment and, on the other hand, the systematic presentation of them according to specific thematic units of commercial law.
