When purchased for a relatively large room with moderate to poor insulation, it heated the space very well. I have no complaints, except for the electricity bill, which almost tripled, since it was used for an elderly person who worked continuously for about 8-10 hours a day. As other users mention, the thermostat needs improvement. If you had the temperature set a little low, it would stop several times without heating the room properly. If you turned it up, then it would run almost continuously without stopping, while the room was already quite warm. However, after 3 months of use it stopped working! It was sent for repair and within 15 days it was repaired and a fuse was replaced. The issue is that I have lost my trust in it, so I would not recommend it in terms of reliability. But in terms of performance, it was fine as long as you set it close to 28°C!

Lack of a handle for carrying it. The support bases are unstable and plastic, they broke within the first weeks.

It does a pretty good job, it even heats rooms from 10 up to 35sqm in a relatively good time. The thermostat is satisfactory. Maybe a bit bulky. The 3 stars go to the fact that such an expensive product compared to what's out there has such cheap bracket construction.
They are screwed in with one or two screws and each leg has a plastic hook inside. So if you move it like I do to different rooms (living room, bedroom) you need to be careful and apply very little weight (for example, when storing it in the attic during the summer) so that these plastic legs don't break.

I use it in a small children's room, with relatively good insulation. It heats the room quickly and remains warm for hours after I turn it off. It doesn't smell when turned on and I haven't noticed any noise. However, while I have it at 18 degrees, one time it may not turn on at all and the room is cold, and the next time it may not turn off at all and be unbearably hot. This problem does not exist in older radiators, with an analog thermostat, that I have from the same company. Now I turn it on a long time before bedtime so that I can adjust the temperature until the baby falls asleep and I haven't had to change the temperature many times during the night.
It would also be convenient to have a handle for easier transportation.

Very good heat quality, the only negative thing is that it often shuts off without reaching the desired temperature or continues to work even after reaching and surpassing it

Unlike a Stiebel Eltron, I can say that it is completely silent. As for consumption, I don't have an opinion yet.
