The above examination is done with the well-known oximeter; simply place the oximeter on your finger.
Within a few seconds, the oximeter will measure your pulse and the oxygen saturation of hemoglobin (SpO2).

For use, the middle finger is recommended due to its larger application surface on the reading sensor.

I can confidently confirm that the measurement and pulse graph, as well as the sound that I set to play when it detects a heartbeat, are definitely accurate. Other people in the reviews have compared the saturation level with other professional oximeters and found it to be accurate.
The screen is extremely bright and easy to read. By pressing the button, the position of the indicators changes so that you can use it from whichever side is convenient for you. The battery runs out a little faster than I expected, but I have the brightness set quite high because it doesn't bother me.
One can adjust the parameters at which the device will sound when oxygen or pulse levels exceed certain limits, either upper or lower.
The construction is of high quality and durable. I have dropped it 60 times and there is no visible damage.
It comes with a case and a strap that can be attached to either the device or the bag, and it has a clasp that makes the strap easily detachable without having to untie it from the device or bag.

With such a variety, I didn't know which one to buy. I was convinced by a review on this specific one and I bought it.
When I went to the hospital for a follow-up examination due to COVID-19, the doctor who examined me said that I got a good oximeter, and the comparison we made with the hospital's oximeter showed that ControlBios is accurate in its readings. He also told me that with these oximeters we have at home, it is correct to wait a few minutes to see an accurate measurement and we should not rely on the first reading it shows when we put it on our finger.
Something I personally noticed is that the finger should not be inserted all the way in, but the nail should be right above the red light. This shows the most accurate measurement.
The batteries hold up well. It has been extensively used for over a month and even though it has an OLED screen, the batteries have not drained.
Very positive that the indicators (screen orientation) rotate in 90-degree increments.
Also, the fact that it has a PI% indicator and shows the pulse as a cardiogram. From these two, you can understand if you are doing something wrong, such as not properly inserting the finger, shaking the finger or the oximeter, being tense, things that affect the accuracy of the measurement.
Overall satisfied. It's worth its money.

Όταν πήγα στο νοσοκομείο για επαναληπτική εξέταση λόγω κορωνοϊού, ο γιατρός που με εξέτασε είπε πως πήρα καλό οξύμετρο, και η σύγκριση που κάναμε με το οξύμετρο του νοσοκομείου έδειξε ότι το ControlBios είναι ακριβές στις ενδείξεις του. Αυτό που μου είπε επίσης, είναι πως με αυτά τα οξύμετρα που έχουμε στο σπίτι μας, το σωστό είναι να περιμένουμε λίγα λεπτά για να δούμε σωστή μέτρηση και δεν πρέπει να βασιζόμαστε στην πρώτη ένδειξη που θα δείξει όταν το βάλουμε στο δάχτυλο.

So I believe buying this is a good and decent purchase.

Αγόρασα άλλο ένα φτύνω από φαρμάκια γιατί δεν είχα αυτό μαζί μου. Χρήση για cov19. Η μέτρησης ότι νανε. Οξυγόνο 80 και παλμούς 250 καλό έτσι.
Οπότε πιστεύω η αγορά αυτού είναι μια καλή και αξιοπρεπείς αγορά.
I ordered the ControlBios Pulse JPD-500D, but I received the Jumper JPD-500D. Although I was given the right to exchange it, I kept it because I found out that both are manufactured by the company JUMPER. The differences are that the Jumper JPD-500D does not have instructions in Greek. It has them in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The other difference is that the ControlBios dealership is in my city, Thessaloniki, and on its website, it has detailed instructions in Greek.

Παρόλο που μού δόθηκε το δικαίωμα να το αλλάξω, το κράτησα, διότι διαπίστωσα ότι και τα δύο τα κατασκευάζει η εταιρεία JUMPER. Οι διαφορές είναι ότι στις οδηγίες το Jumper JPD - 500D. δεν έχει στην ελληνική γλώσσα. Εχει στα αγγλικά, γαλλικά, γερμανικά, ιταλικά, ισπανικά.
Η άλλη διαφορά είναι ότι η αντιπροσωπεία τού ControlBios είναι στην πόλη μου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη, και μέσα στην ιστοσελίδα της έχει τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες στα ελληνικά.

At first sight and use, it appears to be of good quality, reliable, and does its job. I don't have a point of comparison, but the measurements show accurate results without any deviations. The heart rate is the same as what the blood pressure monitor shows, so I consider it to be accurate. In terms of functionality, it doesn't differ from other oximeters. You put your finger inside and press the button. It automatically turns off after 10 seconds and has several settings. You can rotate the screen (colorful) as you prefer, adjust the brightness, disable the beep sound, and set your own upper and lower limits for oxygen saturation and heart rate. It comes with a case, a lanyard, and 2 batteries. It seems to be exactly the same as the popular Jumper Medical JPD-500F, which costs 10 euros more. After a little research, I ended up choosing this as a middle solution. I didn't want something too cheap or too expensive. Ideally, it could have been around 25 euros, but anyway. I believe it was a good choice. Only time will tell.

Να περιστρέψεις την οθόνη (έγχρωμη) όπως σε βολεύει, να ρυθμίσεις τη φωτεινότητα, να απενεργοποιήσεις το μπιπ που κάνει και να ορίσεις τα δικά σου ανώτατα και κατώτατα όρια κορεσμού του οξυγόνου και των καρδιακών παλμών. Στη συσκευασία έχει θηκούλα, κορδονάκι και 2 μπαταρίες. Φαίνεται να είναι ακριβώς ίδιο με το δημοφιλές Jumper Medical JPD-500F που κοστίζει 10 ευρώ παραπάνω. Κατέληξα με λίγο ψάξιμο σε αυτό ως μέση λύση. Δεν ήθελα κάτι του δεκάρικου ούτε κάτι πολύ ακριβό. Αν και θα μπορούσε ιδανικά να είχε γύρω στα 25 ευρώ, αλλά τέλοσπάντων. Πιστεύω ήταν καλή επιλογή. Δεν είμαι Ιατρός, οπότε θα σχολιάσω μόνο αυτά που μπορώ να πω με σιγουριά. Μπορώ με σιγουριά να επιβεβαιώσω ότι η μέτρηση και το γράφημα των παλμών αλλά και ο ήχος που έβαλα στις ρυθμίσεις να ακούγεται με όταν αναγνωρίζει μια συστολή είναι σίγουρα έγκυρος. Για τον κορεσμό άλλα άτομα στις αξιολογήσεις τον έχουν συγκρίνει με άλλα επαγγελματικά οξύμετρα και να είναι έγκυρος.
Η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετικά φωτεινή και διαβάζεται εύκολα.
Πατώντας το κουμπί οι θέση των ενδείξεων αλλάζει πλευρά ώστε να μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιείς από όποια πλευρά σε βολεύει. Η μπαταρία τελειώνει λίγο πιο γρήγορα από ότι περίμενα αλλά έχω αρκετά υψηλά τη φωτεινότητα γιατί δε με πειράζει.
Μπορεί κανείς να ρυθμίσει τις παραμέτρους στις οποίες η συσκευή θα βγάζει ήχο όταν το οξυγόνο ή οι παλμοί υπερβούν τα ορισμένα όρια, ανώτατα ή κατώτατα.
Η κατασκευή είναι υψηλής ποιότητάς και ανθεκτική, μου έχει πέσει 60 φορές και δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα που φαίνεται με το μάτι.
Έρχεται με μια θηκούλα και ένα κορδόνι που εφαρμόζει είτε στη συσκευή είτε στο τσαντάκι και έχει ένα κούμπωμα που κάνει το κορδόνι εύκολα αποσπώμενο χωρίς να χρειάζεται να λύσεις το κορδόνι από τη συσκευή ή το τσαντάκι.
With such a variety, I didn't know which one to buy. I was convinced by a review on this specific one and I bought it.
When I went to the hospital for a follow-up examination due to COVID-19, the doctor who examined me said that I got a good oximeter, and the comparison we made with the hospital's oximeter showed that ControlBios is accurate in its readings. He also told me that with these oximeters we have at home, it is correct to wait a few minutes to see an accurate measurement and we should not rely on the first reading it shows when we put it on our finger.
Something I personally noticed is that the finger should not be inserted all the way in, but the nail should be right above the red light. This shows the most accurate measurement.
The batteries hold up well. It has been extensively used for over a month and even though it has an OLED screen, the batteries have not drained.
Very positive that the indicators (screen orientation) rotate in 90-degree increments.
Also, the fact that it has a PI% indicator and shows the pulse as a cardiogram. From these two, you can understand if you are doing something wrong, such as not properly inserting the finger, shaking the finger or the oximeter, being tense, things that affect the accuracy of the measurement.
Overall satisfied. It's worth its money.
Με τέτοια πληθώρα δεν ήξερα ποιο να αγοράσω. Με έπεισε μια κριτική στο συγκεκριμένο και το αγόρασα.
Όταν πήγα στο νοσοκομείο για επαναληπτική εξέταση λόγω κορωνοϊού, ο γιατρός που με εξέτασε είπε πως πήρα καλό οξύμετρο, και η σύγκριση που κάναμε με το οξύμετρο του νοσοκομείου έδειξε ότι το ControlBios είναι ακριβές στις ενδείξεις του. Αυτό που μου είπε επίσης, είναι πως με αυτά τα οξύμετρα που έχουμε στο σπίτι μας, το σωστό είναι να περιμένουμε λίγα λεπτά για να δούμε σωστή μέτρηση και δεν πρέπει να βασιζόμαστε στην πρώτη ένδειξη που θα δείξει όταν το βάλουμε στο δάχτυλο.
Κάτι που παρατήρησα προσωπικά, είναι πως το δάχτυλο δεν πρέπει να μπει τέρμα μέσα αλλά το νύχι να βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από το κόκκινο λεντακι. Έτσι δείχνει την πιο έγκυρη μέτρηση.
Οι μπαταρίες κρατάνε καλά. Έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί εκτεταμένα για πάνω από ένα μήνα και παρόλο που έχει oled οθόνη, οι μπαταρίες δεν έχουν πέσει.
Πολύ θετικό που οι ενδείξεις (προσανατολισμός της οθόνης) περιστρέφονται σε βήματα των 90 μοιρών.
Επίσης το ότι έχει ένδειξη PI% και δείχνει τους παλμούς σαν καρδιογράφημα. Από αυτά τα δύο μπορείς να καταλάβεις αν κάνεις κάτι λάθος, όπως το να μην έχει μπει σωστά το δάχτυλο, το ότι κουνάς το δάχτυλο ή το οξύμετρο, το ότι είσαι σφιγμένος, πράγματα που επηρεάζουν την ακρίβεια της μέτρησης.
Γενικώς ευχαριστημένος. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
I will need more time to evaluate it in terms of measurement accuracy. Compared to another medical device I have had for a while, it shows higher oxygen levels by 3-4 units.

Συγκριτικα με ενα αλλο φαρμακευτικο που εχω καιρο δειχνει πιο υψηλα στην μετρηση του οξυγονου 3-4 μοναδες..
Compared to other more expensive ones that exist at home and at the doctor's office, it produces the same measurements or at worst +- one unit (the others are at least twice the price).
I recommend it for personal use.
Σε συγκριση με άλλα ακριβότερα που υπάρχουν στο σπίτι και στο ιατρείο βγάζει τις ίδιες μετρήσεις ή στην χειρότερη +- μια μονάδα ( τα άλλα είναι το λιγότερο διπλάσιας τιμής).

Μπήκα με covid νοσοκομείο 12 μέρες γιατί μου είχε ένδειξη χαμηλού O2 , το πηρα μαζι μου οι γιατροί μου το ζητούσαν γιατί είχε πιο αξιόπιστα αποτέλεσμα από τα δικά τους.
Fast measurement. I couldn't compare its indications with another oximeter, but I believe it definitely has some deviation, within normal limits. It is value for money

It seems to do its job.
Sometimes it takes quite a while to show any indication, and it's a bit difficult to see it on a three-year-old child.

I bought another one from the pharmacy because I didn't have this one with me. Used for cov19. The measurement is accurate. Oxygen 80 and pulse 250, good like that.
So I believe buying this is a good and decent purchase.

Αγόρασα άλλο ένα φτύνω από φαρμάκια γιατί δεν είχα αυτό μαζί μου. Χρήση για cov19. Η μέτρησης ότι νανε. Οξυγόνο 80 και παλμούς 250 καλό έτσι.
Οπότε πιστεύω η αγορά αυτού είναι μια καλή και αξιοπρεπείς αγορά.
I ordered the ControlBios Pulse JPD-500D, but I received the Jumper JPD-500D. Although I was given the right to exchange it, I kept it because I found out that both are manufactured by the company JUMPER. The differences are that the Jumper JPD-500D does not have instructions in Greek. It has them in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The other difference is that the ControlBios dealership is in my city, Thessaloniki, and on its website, it has detailed instructions in Greek.
Παρήγγειλα το ControlBios Pulse JPD- 500 D, αλλά έλαβα το Jumper JPD - 500D. Παρόλο που μού δόθηκε το δικαίωμα να το αλλάξω, το κράτησα, διότι διαπίστωσα ότι και τα δύο τα κατασκευάζει η εταιρεία JUMPER. Οι διαφορές είναι ότι στις οδηγίες το Jumper JPD - 500D. δεν έχει στην ελληνική γλώσσα. Εχει στα αγγλικά, γαλλικά, γερμανικά, ιταλικά, ισπανικά.
Η άλλη διαφορά είναι ότι η αντιπροσωπεία τού ControlBios είναι στην πόλη μου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη, και μέσα στην ιστοσελίδα της έχει τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες στα ελληνικά.
I bought it to have it, of course there will be a small deviation compared to an expensive hospital one, but not excessively like someone who said it measures whenever they want! It does its job correctly and at a good price

At first sight and use, it appears to be of good quality, reliable, and does its job. I don't have a point of comparison, but the measurements show accurate results without any deviations. The heart rate is the same as what the blood pressure monitor shows, so I consider it to be accurate. In terms of functionality, it doesn't differ from other oximeters. You put your finger inside and press the button. It automatically turns off after 10 seconds and has several settings. You can rotate the screen (colorful) as you prefer, adjust the brightness, disable the beep sound, and set your own upper and lower limits for oxygen saturation and heart rate. It comes with a case, a lanyard, and 2 batteries. It seems to be exactly the same as the popular Jumper Medical JPD-500F, which costs 10 euros more. After a little research, I ended up choosing this as a middle solution. I didn't want something too cheap or too expensive. Ideally, it could have been around 25 euros, but anyway. I believe it was a good choice. Only time will tell.

Οι καρδιακοί παλμοί ειναι ίδιοι με αυτούς που μου δειχνει και το πιεσόμετρο, αρα θεωρώ ότι εχει καλή ακρίβεια. Στη λειτουργία δε διαφέρει από τα υπόλοιπα οξύμετρα. Βάζεις μέσα το δάχτυλο και πατάς το κουμπί. Σβήνει μόνο του μετά από 10 δευτερόλεπτα και έχει αρκετες ρυθμίσεις. Να περιστρέψεις την οθόνη (έγχρωμη) όπως σε βολεύει, να ρυθμίσεις τη φωτεινότητα, να απενεργοποιήσεις το μπιπ που κάνει και να ορίσεις τα δικά σου ανώτατα και κατώτατα όρια κορεσμού του οξυγόνου και των καρδιακών παλμών. Στη συσκευασία έχει θηκούλα, κορδονάκι και 2 μπαταρίες. Φαίνεται να είναι ακριβώς ίδιο με το δημοφιλές Jumper Medical JPD-500F που κοστίζει 10 ευρώ παραπάνω. Κατέληξα με λίγο ψάξιμο σε αυτό ως μέση λύση. Δεν ήθελα κάτι του δεκάρικου ούτε κάτι πολύ ακριβό. Αν και θα μπορούσε ιδανικά να είχε γύρω στα 25 ευρώ, αλλά τέλοσπάντων. Πιστεύω ήταν καλή επιλογή. Ο χρόνος θα δείξει.

The screen is colorful, easy to read, and you can rotate it 90 degrees to serve you whether you put it in your left or right hand. I would definitely like it at a lower price, but okay.

I am not a doctor, so I will only comment on what I can say with certainty. I can confidently confirm that the measurement and pulse graph, as well as the sound that I set to play when it detects a heartbeat, are definitely accurate. Other people in the reviews have compared the saturation level with other professional oximeters and found it to be accurate.
The screen is extremely bright and easy to read. By pressing the button, the position of the indicators changes so that you can use it from whichever side is convenient for you. The battery runs out a little faster than I expected, but I have the brightness set quite high because it doesn't bother me.
One can adjust the parameters at which the device will sound when oxygen or pulse levels exceed certain limits, either upper or lower.
The construction is of high quality and durable. I have dropped it 60 times and there is no visible damage.
It comes with a case and a strap that can be attached to either the device or the bag, and it has a clasp that makes the strap easily detachable without having to untie it from the device or bag.
