It seems to be of good quality, definitely discreet in size and color. As for its functions:
Steps: it is not accurate, it counts many unnecessary steps, which means that even the slightest movement of the hand, such as brushing teeth, will be counted as steps!
Heart rate: it has absolutely no relation to reality. During HIIT with normal heart rate of 163, it shows 89!
Calories: it counts the ones related to the steps it has counted. Also, it has no relation to reality since the steps are not accurate.
The other functions (sleep, blood pressure, oxygen) do not concern me, so I won't write about them. The strap has an issue when trying to remove it for charging, it's a hassle. Same goes for fastening it. The battery life is not great, it lasts only for two days. In the end, for 20€ instead of spending it on a skipping rope, get this one that at least tells the time...
