Bain-Marie Function

Perfect cooking at low temperatures. The Bain-marie function allows you to cook at very low temperatures, providing an ideal solution for melting chocolate or butter, as well as for cooking light, delicate sauces.

Independent operation

    The stove was purchased in October 2020, so it is still new. So far, I have no complaints. It cooks quickly and powerfully. The problems I have noticed are present in all my friends' stoves, so I don't consider them. It requires attention with the cookware so as not to scratch it, and to activate the commands, you need to have dry hands. However, almost all stoves have this. Time will show its durability.

    Update 1 year later. It is not possible to cook on more than 2 burners simultaneously or for a long time. It overheats and shuts off. Average construction
