Organic Fir Honey “Axion Esti” is collected by bees from the fertile fir forests of Mainalo, at an altitude of 2000m. Nature flourishes, and the bee selects and creates the exquisite fir vanilla honey with its golden color and pearlescent highlights, combined with a variety of herbs. This honey is unique in the whole world. Since it is low in sugars, its taste is subtly sweet.

Its nutritional and organic value is very high, as it is honey rich in trace elements. It also has the following properties:

  • antiseptic
  • diuretic
  • anti-anemic

It is the first honey that was recognized under Protected Designation of Origin and does not crystallize.
