Now, whether it really strengthens the optic nerve as my doctor claims, is not easily proven. Two stars, and that's generous, for the above reasons, although for the price alone, I would give it zero!

Very good taste. I don't know yet if it does what it promises since I have only been taking it for a month and a half, while the instructions say that one should take it for 4 consecutive months and then take a 2-month break. So, we wait.

The product is strong, so I would recommend anyone trying it to experiment a little with the dosage. I, who take it preventively for the protection of the optic nerve, noticed that daily use causes me a tightness in the chest, like anxiety, pain, discomfort. Too much of a good thing I suppose.
