The Master Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov was born in Bulgaria in 1900. He came to France in 1937, where he lived until December 1986. What is most impressive about his teaching is the multitude of perspectives under which this unique subject is presented: 'Man and his perfection.' Whatever the subject he touches on, it is inextricably linked to the functions of man, to what he must do to better understand himself and to have better behavior in his life, and if the Master's word has such power, it is because he himself is the most vivid depiction of his Teaching. "Your daily life, with all that you are obliged to do, what you face, the people with whom you live, interact, consider them as material that you must process to transform. Do not be content to accept what comes to you, to endure what happens to you, do not remain passive. Always strive to add that sensitive element that is capable of enlivening, animating, giving spirit to this material. Because that is exactly what spiritual life is. For man to be able to put in every action that 'leaven' which is suitable to elevate this activity to a higher level. You will say: 'And meditation? Prayer?' But precisely these, prayer and meditation, help you to grasp this as ethereal as possible, the purest element that allows you to give your actions a new dimension."
