My skin is very dry with cracks in the winter. For me, this cream doesn't work, but I think it doesn't work for any skin unless there are oily hands, which I don't think exist, especially in the winter. It doesn't leave any greasiness. I should have read the reviews earlier. It only does something minimal if you want to apply something to not feel the extreme dryness and then continue your work comfortably. Like I said, it won't soften your skin, but it will provide a very light relief that you simply won't feel to bother you. That's how I will use it to finish it.
