Hydrogels are widely used in the food industry, often as thickeners and structural agents. A hydrogel is a structure of biopolymer and water with very small pores.

Benefits:

  • Drink Mix 320 is based on hydrogel technology.
  • When mixed with water, it creates a sports drink that contains a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. 
  • The sports drink instantly turns into a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach.

Usage Instructions:

  • One dose contains 80 grams of carbohydrates (500 ml) and provides hydration and energy.
