Without the store that sold it to me being at fault at all (on the contrary, their service was excellent), I can say that with this Chinese product they advertise as an "authentic arcade experience" as they write on the box, I have had a terrible experience! Wanting to give it as a gift for the celebration of a very dear person to me, I bought it for 150 euros and we found out that as soon as we opened it, the joystick of the second player was broken. (I will explain more about this below.) Okay, I thought, it can happen, it happens even with higher quality products. Back to the store for an exchange, the people there gave me a brand new one in its box. I gave it to my friend, who I know is extremely careful with all his belongings like me, and after a month of very light usage, the joystick broke again, this time the 1P joystick. Back to the store again for an exchange, and to discuss what can be done in general... the people there again exchanged it for a new one, and even for a more advanced (and more expensive) model without me having to pay the difference (with better hardware, for example, some ROMs like NBA JAM and Mortal Kombat used to lag a lot on the old one, while they play perfectly on the new one...). Here I should mention that in both cases, what broke was not exactly the joystick, but the thin PLASTIC (!) base on which the entire joystick mechanism is screwed on the top part of the console (if you open it - it's very easy, you just unscrew 2 screws - you will understand). I discussed the problem at the store, asking if it is possible to buy some spare parts, in case it happens again, so I can fix it myself with my own additional cost, but they told me that Pandora doesn't provide them with any spare parts, that the joysticks generally don't break, what happened to me is rare (but such bad luck, really?), and if it happens again, I should try to glue (!) the base on which the joystick is screwed with epoxy (!!!!!!!) All of this because the Chinese who made it decided to use a thin plastic plate instead of a metal one to screw the mechanism on... In short, my opinion is that this is very cheap work, Chinese work in all its negative sense, and it is definitely not worth the 150 euros they ask for!!!! So far, the third console that my friend has in his hands hasn't broken, but when it comes to an arcade stick for playing arcade games, you shouldn't have to worry about accidentally pulling the joystick a little harder, I think that negates the whole philosophy of the console and destroys the atmosphere you long to relive from your childhood... ...At this point, I should mention that abroad you can buy the same console, if you search for it a lot, for almost one third of the Greek price, but I chose to buy it here to make it easier for servicing if something comes up (as if I knew!!!!) My final advice is as follows: if someone is seriously interested (SERIOUSLY) in retro gaming and wants to buy an arcade stick with ROMs that they can really... bash as much as they want and enjoy it, in my opinion (without having verified it), they should stay away from Chinese products...
